I suffer from arthritis and hypermobility, which also causes joint swelling. I work out regularly to strengthen my joints and reduce pain. These tights feel good on, reduce my joint swelling, thereby reducing my pain. I'm getting better range of motion from my joints during workouts with these on. I'll be buying more, definitely.

Being a long-time runner, now at age 47, compression is key to my muscle recovery after running significant miles. I purchased my 2XU compression tights right before completing a 50-mile virtual race where I was allowed to complete the distance over 3-days. I picked my weekend, and ran 16.8 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As I was running on pavement, I knew the impact was going to hurt and I needed my legs to recover after each day. I was very pleased with my ability to get out and run each day, and I was even able to go to work in heels the following Monday and move about with minimal fatigue and soreness. I have used this brand for many years, and was not disappointed in the quality and effectiveness of this compression product!

Fantastic for recovery. It really helps. I’ve never liked compression tights as they are too restrictive and hard to put on but these tights aren’t like that at all. I love wearing them and can even wear them overnight.
These have great compression and are made from a really nice quality light fabric, but I've found that being mid rise they don't sit very well and have a tendency to slip down a lot. I feel like I'm pulling them up a lot when I wear them. I was also a bit disappointed that one of the side stitches pulled after their first was so now I've a running stitch down one leg (never had this problem with 2XU before though).
I own four pairs of 2XU compression tights and this pair fits the best - it stays tight behind my knees and I like the length. The tights achieve the compression advertised. That being said, the "comfort" waistband is uncomfortable. It often folds in half and rubs my skin.
These tights are great - this is my second pair. I wear them after all my training sessions and races and can even wear them to sleep overnight if needed because the waistband is so comfotable.The only problem is that threads on the seams pull very easily and a few of the treads were hanging loose straight out of the packet.
I don’t like them at all. They are too short waisted and too short in the leg. I am 5’11” and XL should give me a comfy fit. I did request extra tall, but advised it was available - it could have a difference. Plus the top elestastic is not strong enough and keeps rolling over and causes the tights to slip down - really uncomfortable. The elastic needs to be enclosed in the fabric.I wore them all day as recommended by my vascular surgeon, but I will never wear them again. Total waste of money
As an athlete who is doing more running lately, these recovery tights really work and no more sore muscles after a hard workout! Also, as a 5'9 female, I tried the Medium tall size this time, and they fit perfectly!! Def will be buying a tall size for tights from now on! Love them. :D
I put these tights on after track training, a run or a workout at the gym. They can be comfortably worn for hours, but I choose not to sleep in them. They definitely reduce my muscle fatigue and soreness the next day (I am 60+). Online ordering was seamless and very efficient delivery. In my opinion this product does what it says it does.
