Perfect size for the 2 of us. The stainless steel finish means that the food cooks evenly and doesn't stick. So happy with the Pressure Cooker and can't wait to use it also while we are out caravanning to provide quick, one pot meals.

Did not receive all parts main part missing trying contact you guys 40 min phone wait and nothing send e-mails nothing happened quite disappointed and I will get my money back

Faulty pressure cooker Bad communication no one care. Beware this product and this seller.

Cooker is great no problems but delivery was shocking when you can get parcel from China by boat faster than one from Melbourne and have to complain 4 times you do wonder why they bother

Disappointing Benser

Regrettably the lid seal leaks and the pressure relief valve at the base of the handle periodically gets stuck, stopping the cooker from pressurizing. I also found on one occasion that leaving the contents of the cooker for a prolonged period (i.e. allowing corned beef to cool in the cooker overnight) caused a grey metallic-looking discoloration of the meat. This may be due to solubilization of metal compounds from the pot by the acidic vinegar used in the recipe. Yet stainless steel should be impervious to such additives.

Great product but….

Beautifully made pressure cooker however for a pressure cooker the instructions were not detailed enough, hence the four stars and not five.

Product was faulty

It arrived with a faulty lid, got the run around trying to get a replacement from warranty so purchased my own replacement parts so I could use it, very poor all round, avoid
