First off, this product does contain bleach so it cant go in all power washers. Despite me not being able to put this in my power washer, it is hands down THE BEST CLEANER I HAVE EVER USED. I used it on trex which is usually a little hard to clean the groves really holding onto dirt and grime (my porch is only a year old and was already filthy from the winter). I also used this on my concrete pad and it LITERALLY MADE HUGE STAINS FROM DECAYING LEAVES DISAPPEAR EVEN THOUGH THE POWER WASHER WOULD NOT GET IT OFF.Long story short, buy thit if you want to clean things back to their original state with minimal effort.In my attached photo, both sides were power washed. I used 3 gallons to clean my deck (composite), 20/20 feet). It was last cleaned over 8 years ago, so you can probably imagine how challenging it was! What a wonderful, easy and quick process with fantastic results! I’m now looking for other uses…maybe gutters, concrete and on and on. My only complaint is how the solution left bleach streaks on my clothes.🩳 So keep that in mind! Also, remove any silver rings.💍

This product worked well. However, I think you need to pass onto the company who manufactures this that it would be beneficial if they made the containers of the Concentrate and Ready to Spray look different not just have it written on the container. E.g. Different colours used. I thought I had ordered the Ready to spray and started using it as such, but realised after awhile it was behaving differently to one I had used previously. It turns out I had ordered the concentrate but only discovered that after looking closely at the container. Spray and walkaway uses green on that container. I think for safety reasons differentiation should be used on the other two containers.

The canopy on our porch swing had not been cleaned in several years. Granted, we couldn’t see on top of it so we weren’t aware of just how filthy it had become. We bought this 30 second cleaner with our fingers crossed. We followed directions but saw few results. So, we got a large bucket and soaked the canopy in a one to one solution for about 12 hours. The next morning, I sprayed it clean and most of the stains were gone. What was left, dishwashing soap and another application of this product got the awning virtually like new. I like this product but it takes more than 30 seconds. It takes patience and likely a little muscle.
Arundel store showed this is stock. Team members couldn't find it, although 14 listed in stock. Eventually bought when in stock at Southport. Used it today on small concrete tiled courtyard. Diluted to instructions, waited 15mins then scrubbed. Absolutely no difference at all. So disappointed. If it looks better after some time, will addend review but so far, waste of $30 :(
This stuff really works great. I used it at a 50/50 mix with water on my patio blocks and let it sit for 5 minutes. Brushed the heavy green areas with a deck brush rinsed and the results were amazing. The other great thing is it keeps working and looked even better the next day. Also used on my gazebo top that was turning green on the inside with the same great results. My new go to cleaner for removing green buildup outdoors. Also was great on concrete steps and flagstone walkway.

Great product which really does work. I sprayed the 50:50 diluted product onto the underside of my outdoor patio colorbond using a long handled pressure spray. I worked section by section and used a cheap but gentle broom to agitate the product and finished by using a KARCHER K5 to clean it off. Hints 1. Work from the bottom up so you only apply product to dry colorbond 2. Wear protective gear especially for your eyes, a mask and hat and preferably waterproof coveralls. This stuff smells like bleach but works better plus it is very alkaline. Work safe. See my photos.
Name implies it works in 30 seconds. Diagramed instructions on the label indicate you dilute the product, spray it on, hose off with water. Hidden in the fine print, it says spray it on, wait 2-15 minutes then rinse it off. Scrub with a brush if necessary. Well, boys and girls, scrubbing with a brush will be necessary. This stuff doesn't work any better than cleaning bleach, which has a higher concentration of sodium hypochlorite, the active ingredient. Add a teaspoon of a wetting agent (soap, dish detergent, etc) to cleaning bleach and save $5 a gallon..
My expectation was that I would spray this on my vinyl siding and gutters and then still have to scrub off the mold/algae/mildew or whatever the green stuff was that grows on my shaded vinyl siding every year. BUT NO. I poured this into my pressure sprayer, 1:1 ratio, and sprayed it on the green stuff on the vinyl and gutters. Within 1 minute it was gone. INCREDIBLE. I'm not paid for this review either. I'm so happy with the clean vinyl siding and gutters. Also, I sprayed it onto a first story roof overhang that was green but it's clean now! No scrubbing needed! LOVE IT.
