Product arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Instructions supplied very easy to follow and fitted without any problems. Garage seal fitted just in time as very heavy driving rain next day, normally garage floor flooded but after fitting the threashold seal perfectly dry. Really can't praise this product enough. Well worth the cost.

Really good. I was going to get my handyman to fit it but thought that it looked easy enough so I did it myself. Easy peasy. Highly recommended. Has stopped both leaves and rain entering the garage. My tip would be to use some external transparent sealant on the outside edge.

It didn’t stop the water coming in my garage. I e even gone to the lengths of bastardising it and it still hasn’t solved the issue. I’m struggling to find a solution to stop my water ingress. Guess I’ll have to keep mopping out the garage.

It didn’t stop the water coming in my garage. I e even gone to the lengths of bastardising it and it still hasn’t solved the issue. I’m struggling to find a solution to stop my water ingress. Guess I’ll have to keep mopping out the garage.
An excitant solution for my draughty and flood prone garage. I measured the gap under the door at its largest first and added another 5mm to get the height of the strip required. This worked well as the door seals against it well. Floor preparation is critical, remove flake paint or debris, seal dusty surface before fitting (I used Everbuild 403, worked great). The adhesive cartridge holds just enough so be sparing with it.The finished installation looks good and is very effective, not the cheapest but really good.
We suffer a lot from flooding under our garage door when it rains heavily and this has done a great job of preventing this - in hindsight we might have been better to wait a little longer before fitting it though as it probably wasn't quite warm enough to bed in sufficiently before the next spell of rain. Downside to trying to do something like this in the winter I guess. We would also say that the adhesive can be quite generously applied, there is enough to cover underneath and along the edges so make sure you get lots down to give it the best chance of doing its job.
Very pleased with this product it arrived quickly and exactly when the email said it would. The product is made to a high standard and was straightforward to put in place with the instructions very clearly set out. We waited for a dry day and it has kept out rain and leaves etc I would certainly recommend this product.
The floor seal was easy to install - directions were clear, and the glue was supplied with the product. I installed it to seal a double garage. It was put to the test last weekend when it rained for 4 days - with several bursts of very heavy rain. In the past, the grate in front of the garage would cope with consistent light to medium rain, but during heavy downpours water would flood into the garage. I was very happy when no water entered the garage. I can recommend this product.
This ain't cheap, but it's solid and a product that I expect will last for many years. I used a jigsaw to cut rather than hacksaw and the instructions followed. I have an up and over door and this was bought to try and solve two issues. First my drive slopes down to the garage so all leaves (we are surrounded by trees) used to blow under the door. Second we had a mouse make a nest in our garage. Has it solved these problems ? definately yes to the first, it provides a good seal with the up and over door. I actually think it will keep the garage warmer perhaps in winter too. My garage is in an exposed position and in stormy weather, water and leaves constantly blew in under the existing garage door. Since fitting this threshold seal my problems are over. It's a great product and needs no particular skills to cut to size and install.
