love it. A huge help on big clean up days. I tipped clean kitty litter all over the bathroom floor. everything was cleaned up within 20 minutes. Locked it into bathroom. If it gets confused it has a remote. mostly a very good job %98.9

This is one hard working machine for the price. Keeps my floors cleaner. Does not do shaggy carpet. It doesn't know floor from rugs. So the mop is only good in rooms without area rugs. Gets tangled up in cords. Rarely gets stuck anywhere.

Easy to clean

Sometimes it gets stuck and sometimes it keeps going over the same area. I want to use it in my bedroom but I’m afraid it will get under the bed and I might not be able to retrieve it. Cleans surprisingly well.

Good potential but extremely poor advertising standards and OOD WiFi connectivity.

First of all this is a Chinese (PRC) product which is NOT made clear in the adverts. Second, it depends on a old wifi on a 2.4GHz band when most of the UK operates on a 5GHz band. My new wifi contract just does not support 2.4GHz. Does anything in the UK?? Again the advert did NOT define this anomaly which would have put me off buying the thing. Instead it sits in my flat doing NOTHING.

Great Vacuum, no replacement parts (eg. Filters)

This vacuum is amazing. I was loving it. Then I went to find replacement filters, roller, brushes, etc. and they were literally nonexistent! Weird. So to the store to return I did. Glad i was still within the return window. I emailed the company and got some bogus answer in return saying something like, "We'll create an amazon account and send you the link when we get it." I felt unsure if the party would even be available throughout my ownership of the vacuum. As far as the mopper option it has, the mopper doesn't really work. It just kind of spreads water across the floor. But the vacuum again is amazing! So it makes up for the mop not being great. I like the product

Since the product is so new to me, I am still learning about it. In general, I would say it is a big help and I hope that it continues to be. I just used the moping function today and I like that too. The moping instructions say to use only recommended products in it, but I cannot find what those are. Anyone know?

Just Don't

If you're unfamiliar with the power and wonder of most robot vacuums, this vacuum may seem great. I was dooped in to buying this product by the other assumingly paid reviews whose reviewers probably received their product for free. Their reviews detail how the great the product is despite all the things wrong with it. The lack of suction, the random pattern it vacuums, it gets stuck constantly and can't figure out how to get unstuck, the beater bar is like old school vacuums and can't be removed or easily cleaned. After a few uses, the bar was almost unusable with the amount of hair wrapped around it. By the way, you won't find this with name brand robot vacuums. It didn't come with a remote like it was supposed to and the app wouldn't connect. I finally went to Walmart to return the item only to be told it's unreturnable. The manager said to reacu the company to return it and they never got back to me. I called 1800Walmart and they sent me a refund of this product and the warranty plan I purchased for it. I will avoid this Joybuy company at all costs now. Thankfully Walmart made it right.

Low Tech App, Gets stuck, Doesn't Map Well

After the first couple of uses, we thought we were going to like this robot vac, however it has since stopped using any "map" it had created and it gets stuck in the same place all the time. There is no way to tell it to avoid certain areas and it doesn't come with anything to put in place to tell the vac to avoid certain areas, like the Roomba does. Roomba had its own issues, so that is why we tried this one. Also, the scheduled times kept being changed within the app. We would set it for 10am each day to vac while we were gone, but the app kept changing the time to either 6pm or 2am. Each time it ran, we noticed a new problem, so we just decided to return it and try another brand.

It’s okay. It keeps doing the same areas over and over again. I usually end up getting my upright vacuum out and finishing the job. I don’t dislike it. It’s just okay.

Not as good as i thought it would be

I looked at reviews before i brought 360 smart life c50 and its not as good as i thought it would be after using it a few time i have an annoying squeak from the wheels that ive cleaned all under it and its still squeaks. Also gets lost and doesn't follow the vacuum settings eg around the edges or hole house clean a bit disappointed
