Love these ear muffs. Had a pair for over 3 years and my ears were starting to get sore wearing them so decided to get a new pair. So much better than the disposable ear plugs or neckband plugs as they would just hurt my ears after a couple of hours. These I can wear all day with no problems and they fit perfectly on your head without affecting your welding helmet. Can't recommend these enough!

These ear defenders are ideal if they fit under your welding mask, but try and check first. They fit under my old speedglas, but not under my work welding mask.
