7" HD Touch Portable Kleva SmartPlay - Apple Carplay Android Auto Wireless

Why aren’t all Apple CarPlay systems wireless.?This unit connects to the phone completely wireless, it updates/refreshes as if direct from the phone. The support arm is really adaptable, extendable and fix’s to the texted surface of the dash providing the perfect mounting position without interfering with the drivers view of the road. It’s brought a 2010 Hilux back to the future.Only one issue I have with it, I have to remove the screen when parked up but it’s easy to do by the gimbal locknut.

The 7 inch CarPlay unit works brilliantly with my Audi Bluetooth sound system. The existing factory Head Unit is not a touchscreen, so the Kleva unit complements it very well. I still use the existing reverse camera etc., and having the 2 Head Units is aesthetically appealing.The suction cup supplied was not effective, however, I had to purchase a more effective way of attaching the unit onto my dash. This was a minor issue though as the Kleva CarPlay was really good value.

We drive a lot in my husbands 20 year old toyota van, going to markets. We are often in regional areas with poor radio reception and I'm always holding my phone up so he can see Google maps, which isn't ideal. The Kleva Smart play has given us a lovely big screen that plugs into the cigarette lighter. Makes getting directions so easy. Audio is great and the screen is a good size. So much better than having his phone propped on the dashboard. Listening to the music from my phone or audiobooks is also great through the smart play. Equally as good or better that the inbuild screen in my Kia.
