Best price on market. Extremely Sturdy. Better than big $$ rings. Easy install for 2 people. Hire a panel lift to assist getting backboard up. Dig hole deeper and add re bar to make it sturdier. Very happy with purchase. Thank you.

Kids have so much fun on it.For some reason each winter when temperatures cold 🥶 it has cracked overnight 😫.Haven't make a full year yet.Trying to get up all the find glass is time consuming and dangerous for weeks to come. As you think you have it all but the person with no shoes always finds some🤭.
I'd paid for the 72inch inbuilt basketball system and advised the staff on the phone my husband would collect the next day. My husband drove to Melbourne with a trailer for 2 1/2 hours but unfortunately forgot his phone so didn't have the order number and could only tell them what he was collecting for me and who he was. They were not happy with just sighting his drivers licence for ID, and wanted to copy it, which he refused to allow as totally unneccessary. ( His surname and address on licence matched my order details). I was unavailable on the phone when the warehouse called so they would not give him the goods. Was a totally ridiculous waste of our time and a potential security breach of ID. Businesses like that should not be asking to take COPIES of your ID so ... Was a totally ridiculous waste of our time and a potential security breach of ID. Businesses like that should not be asking to take COPIES of your ID so beware. We have lodged a complaint with the appropriate Government department. Always Direct did refund my money immediately when my husband had to return home without the system but there was no common sense in the process and a total unaustralian waste of our time and money and not a care on their side. We had to unfortunately then spend more and order a Goalrilla system which was easy with fantastic service, and a great product.
System was covered in scratches when we removed the packaging. A nut and bolt we’re missing and the ring is different to the one in the instructions. Had no idea how to attach the net to the ring. I contacted them via phone and they said to email them with a description of the problem. I did and never got a response. On a positive note, it is a very solid system and seems sturdy
Just installed it over the last 2 weekends, pretty sturdy design, soft ring & actual glass backboard (weighs a lot). 2 issues I had: 1. a metal guiding plate for the foundation bolt installation is a must, it doesn't come with one, if you don't get them aligned you're in trouble. 2. One of the main through bolt holes in the post was 6mm out vertically from one side to the other which resulted in the backboard being on a lean, I had to file the bottom of one side to even it up, the big issue was I didn't find out til it was up. All in all it looks and works great and the price was excellent.
Still waiting for the last piece as it arrived snapped and broken!!! Please send it again ASAP
The kids love it but unfortunately each winter it has smash overnight from cold weather.Water is getting into the aluminium frame of backboard. The hassle of cleaning up the glass and replacing the backboard is not worth it to me.Should have got the gorilla instead.
Very happy with our purchase as it was well priced and a stronger unit in comparison to similar products.I didn't follow the instructions directly as I found it easier to assemble it on the main pole with less manpower and effort.
