Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees Australian Whiskey is a 44% ABV whiskey that's produced using single paddock grain from the local region and hand-picked casks, with subtle notes of vanilla, caramel, apricots, figs and a little bready spice. The taste is like freshly baked cinnamon biscuits with banana, dried apricots and chocolate, combined with a warm lingering finish.
