Great product. works perfectly and much better than I expected. Has umpteen settings, timer etc.The one minus is that I thought the silver arms and legs were aluminium but were in fact only rough quality painted plastic.

This office chair is great value for money. The instructions to put it together are not good and I didfind it a bit hard to assemble. The vibrations are noisy on some modes and the seat is hard.Next time I will try before I buy.

Love this chair. It was easy to assemble, works well. Only issue is the tilt isn't adjustable and tends to lean forward. Other than that, perfect!

More suited for a bigger person as it is very roomy, I often sit on the edge of the chair and that's when I feel the mechanism which gets uncomfortable, no need for all the different settings as they are all vibration based and are nothing like a ball roller massage chair, still, good for relieving tension when sitting at the desk too long, at least you get some tension relief compared to one without the massage for the same money
I wont recommend buying it. Though the chair are comfy , some parts wont align properly while assembly. The lower wheel is though high quality plastic , but i can say metal one would have been better. In addition , the worst point if the heat massage system - just vibrates - does not massages . Meanwhile , I bought the Alfordson chair with 3 point heat and massage . Nice assembly , metal stand , sturdy look - price cheaper by roughly $80. Overall an average chair. if you buy without massage like Alfordson chairs they would have been much better.
Excellent product excellent finishing. Unfortunately I had an issue in assembling because one of the screw provided wasn't matching the hole. But very comfortable chair to sit for long hrs. Massage option is okay kind of thing and its expected for $200 chair. No way to expect more massaging quality.
Hi Guy's, I Ordered This Office Massage Chair As I Purchased One Of Them Before, The First One Was Fantastic, BUT Very Disappointed With This One, It Came With Broken Leg, Everything Is In Very Poor Condition, The Bolt's Were Missing And Wrong Size, Allen Key Was Missing, None Of The Above Was In The Packet, This Chair Was Already Been Used. Other People Tried To Assemble It, The Box It Came In Looked Like This Chair Had Been Out In The Weather For A While. Very Bad Smell From It. .... I Had To Run Around And Get Parts For It As Well .... In Closing.... Again Very Disappointed With This Chair, It Does Not Offer Support Al All... The Only Thing That Works Is The Massage.. Sad To Report That It's Definitely Not Worth The Money I Paid For It. There Is Definitely No Value For Money To Be Found Here... Buyer's Beware....
Excellent product. Very comfortable and easy to assemble. The massage function is very quiet and works extremely well. I have a bad back, and this product helps a lot. On top of all that, it was delivered to me in 3 days.
Seat is relatively comfortable. Massage function is ineffective, only vibrates. Heating is OK. Cable is too short.
good construction and quick to assemble. however the nuts can be difficult. light vibrations and message. not very comfortable for long period as it has message beads on your back and thigh area pressing against you. would prefer more padding for extra comfort. else get one without message functions. no flip up handle. overall quite good
