I have been taken turmeric for many years. I am 70 years old. Always made my own capsules and took 6 @ around 750mg ea. Now I found this product and take 2g each day because it is more convenient than making my own capsules. But the result is the same. For years and years no arthritis pain and no more pharma/doctors bills. Excellent results.

The Nutra Nourished daily dosage is three capsules, they are average sized capsules, I had no trouble swallowing them. It has an unnaturally pale yellow color, as if it's been diluted with white powder, and the taste is far from resembling genuine curcumin or turmeric. Frankly, I'm hesitant to use it because I'm unsure of its actual contents. What's even more frustrating is that it came at quite a high price. To make matters worse, there's no option for returns, which adds to my disappointment. I want a refund from Nutra Nourished ! I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus in my knee and advised I needed surgery to repair the knee and was referred to a surgeon by my G. P. i took the matter into my own hands and undertook some exercises that a physiotherapist recommende. I also researched curcumin as an aid to healing and found NutraNourished had in my opinion one of the best products. I have been taking curcumin tablets for about a month and find that I can walk without pain! I believe it is an excellent product and have reordered more. Please don't put up your prices!
