Excellent health product. Since using this product alongside a healthy lifestyle has had a beneficial effect on my liver health. So much so that it has baught down raised enzymes to a normal level. I take a course of Milk Thistle twice a year to pep up my liver. It's a good tonic. That and at least a couple of alcohol free days a week plus regular sips of water.
