I have several of these padlocks in use at our local showground. They are out in the weather but have not shown any signs of corrosion (I did spray them with Inox though). It was a cheaper option that a registered key system. To maintain security I just change the combination after the last person has hired the facility. There is an override key that can be bought and that is a great idea in case you ever forget the combination!
