Lightweight, super fast, lost of storage. Exactly what I wanted. It did take a fair bit of time to set up and I'm not computer savy at all so I did have to shout a friend to dinner to set it up for me.

Laptop is alright, good enough to play League of Legends NA, CS 1.6, watch movies et. Price is decent but I hoped it would be cheaper as I got demo version since the rest were sold out.

Crackling sounds from the hdd, cooler goes on/off noisy sometimes,slower start-up for win10 then I've expected, but once its loaded,moves fast. Enough ports on both sides.Sound has good quality,screen quality is good enough but not great, slick black shiny look. Would buy 2 or 3 more for this price. Overall happy with this purchase. Great model for daily work desk.
Bought this end of November and noticed it was restarting a lot. Its now January and I've had to contact acer about it. They gave me instructions which I followed but problem still persists. Have asked them to take the laptop but instead they have sent the same instructions. Not happy
I have had this laptop for several weeks now and I have not been happy with it because it has quirky problems. The worst problem is that the cursor jumps around whenever I try to type something, particularly when I am online. I cannot get through an entire word without the cursor jumping to some other place on the page, or even to other tabs. Sometimes it will even highlight the previous text I have typed and delete it. Even if I type very slowly it does not prevent the problem. If I have something long to type (like this review), I have to first type it someplace like in word, where the problem is not as bad, and then paste it where I need it, or it will take forever to finish the message. Display is not very nice graphically for the price, is sorta blurry and has that bright light quality to it, also it’s constantly whirring no matter what you do even just watching a video. Audio quality is also bad. Runs ok, just not worth the price. Only reason I can think of it being so expensive is because of the 1 tb storage, If I was to make a reccomendation If you’d be fine with 512gb storage buy something the same price with that amount of storage, you’ll get a better computer aesthetically and the audio won’t sound like crap
Thanks to the excellent guidance from one of Best Buy's best guys we found the laptops that suit us perfectly at this time. We were so happy with our purchase, that a week later we went back to the same rep and bought a second laptop of the exact same description (one for each of my wife and fmyself).Your Geek squad did a great job of transferring files from our old desktop computers, and in record time.We're loving the new machines - thanks to all.E & V
Though it seems to have enough ram and a good processor it still just decides it doesn’t like working for long hours. It’s not a fan of flipping through tabs for putting together presentations. Once you get really annoyed with it it all go a sudden comes good. I didn’t ask for a personality with my computer.
I hate to give such a low review on a product that I didnt even use but what else can I give a product that wouldnt work. It was brand new with either a corrupted hard drive or no hard drive installed at all. Of course we could wait for a new hard drive to be installed, get a replacement of same computer (now that my confidence in said product was gone) or get a completely different brand. Wound up getting a new HP with a bigger screen and thirty dollars cheaper. I'm sure my experience is rare but still.
