I bought this laptop in the beginning of Oct 2024 but it won't turn on. Returned to the store the next day to exchange a new one. The store tried 2 more laptops and both have the same issue - won't turn on and keeping booting loop. IT department advised us to get other laptop model. So we spend more money.

I'm very happy with the performance of this laptop super easy to use and setup however with the added benefits comes the disadvantage the battery of this being a bit underwhelming for me that's not a big issue as i do most of my work from my desk but you'd be lucky to get 2-3 hours out of it before it needs to be charged but during that time the graphics are amazing and runs smooth as butter :)
