Just purchased the laptop 3 weeks ago during Black Friday Sale and experience the blue screen of death from first day even before installing any new programs. The most frequent error code: "Unexpected_Store_Exception". Other error code: "Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error" and few more other error codes. I have tried to fix it from online recommendations but still no luck till now. I am very unhappy with the product, this is the first time purchasing Acer brand. Not recommend this Acer laptop unless Acer can fix it ASAP.

Very versatile and easy to use. I really like the thin bezels on the screen, keyboard lights up, very compact and thin. And the battery lasts me all day for work and for when I am at home home. The 11th gen i5 is a powerhouse and coupled with the Iris X graphics you just can't go wrong. Keyboard feels good when typing and the track pad is responsive and does the job very well. Highly recommend. The only criticism I have is no USB-C charging but not a major issue. You'll find the USB-C port but can only be used for data transfer which is fine really

Fast & lightweight easy to use backlit keyboard is a great feature. Also great for beginners or young kids or school kids but not for gaming.Good size & feels great when typing, touch pad/ mouse is also great to use.
There are four things I like best about this laptop1 The very clear screen with great resolution2 It's fast loading websites, downloading email3 It's very lightweight4 The backlit keyboard - easy to use at night
As well as online, I do a lot of face-to-face teaching. so a computer that is light, small and with a good battery life is important. This machine ticks all of those boxes.
I use it for work and don't need high end components and software for gaming or design so was very happy with the price of around $780. It came preloaded with Windows 11 and very little bloatware. Super easy to set up, runs so much faster than my 7 yr old laptop, and is very lightweight. Perfect for a home office or student.
Since brand new the right side USB port has not worked, not clear if it is a hardware or Windows 11 compatibility issue. All other features and functions are very good. Would rate as excellent and recommend except for this issue.
Overall this is a great little unit. My only concern is right-clicking on the trackpad. It constantly mis fires. Apart from that, recommend
This is the first laptop Ive had to buy because laptops are a standard issue as part of my role at work. And its perfect! I did a lot of research into what laptop would best suit my needs and I am so happy with my purchase. If youre looking for a product that is at its peak in terms of aesthetics, state of the technology and speeds, this laptop has it all! I love that its light weight and sturdy enough to be portable. A great buy. I highly recommend this product.
