Acqua Di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Fico Di Amalfi 150ml Eau De Toilette

This one was my second AdP purchase after falling in love with Arancia di Capri. This is a fig inspired creation, playful, easy going, fruity, green and woody, it’s stunning! You will experience juicy fig with a slight green fig leaf in the back. Perfect for summer but of course you can wear it all year. I have to give 4.5 stars because I love Arancia more but it’s an amazing scent. Since 2018 I’ve gone through 3 bottles of Arancia and 2 bottles of Fico, I hope that shows how much I love both perfumes. The Blu Mediterraneo line to me is like a zen experience, has that essential oil feel to it. It’s hard to explain. It’s an escape.

Another sublime fragrance from AdP

I've already mentioned this but the classic Colonia by Acqua di Parma is probably my favourite scent in the world. Despite this, I tried the Blu Mediterraneo line for a light twist and a nod to the mediterranean scents that I am very familiar with. As a long term lover of figs - both the fruit and the scent - I know that getting a fig fragrance right is very difficult. The Fico di Amalfi is a beautifully complex fragrance that combines the fruity tones of figs with more woody notes that recall the fig tree and leaves. The citrus notes keep the scent light and never cloying. A wonderful fragrance that is perfect for a classy summer journey by the Mediterranean sea.

Beautiful fragrance for the summer.This is a beautiful fragrance that is for men and women. It is nice in the heat and never overpowering. I feel as if it can be worn dressed up and down. Longevity on my skin is decent. I love it from the opening until the dry down. I feel as it stays linear throughout the life of the fragrance. This is I feel as it could be a signature fragrance for the summer maybe springtime as well. I do feel as it is full bottle worthy. Closing, this a beautiful fragrance for the summer heat.

Fresh, summery, complex fragrance

Hoorah! I found a new summer fragrance! It was love at first spritz. It's a fresh fragrance with just the right amount of warmth to create something complex and balanced. I have no idea why, but it's definitely something to wear when the sun is out. It's really uplifting without being overly floral or citrusy and it's not sugary sweet like other 'summer' scents. I'm usually drawn to more unusual fragrances and this is right up my alley.

Great scent, poor longevity

I feel like I should begin by saying I'm Italian - aka I'm in love with Italian scents, and this is one you can absolutely smell in the air of Calabria during the summer months, when the scorching sun heats up the fragrant leaves of those gorgeous (and plentiful) fig trees, and the breeze from the Mediterranean carries it all over town. It's stunning, and this smells just like that - albeit a bit sweeter, less fresh - it smells like Italian nature. But on me, or on my clothes, it just doesn't linger. Which I find a shame, and a waste, for the price. But it takes your memory places, that's for sure.

I was genuinely surprised by how beautiful this fragrance is. Initially, I planned to give it to my husband, but it's so versatile that I, as a woman, can easily wear it myself. It has a luxurious and sophisticated scent, far from anything cheap. The fragrance opens with a strong citrus note, but within minutes, it dries down to a clean, skin-like scent. I was surprised to find there's no musk, but I believe the pink pepper might be contributing to that "your skin but better" feel, similar to what you find in Glossier. Refreshing summer fragrance

Being a makeup addict, I am not into fragrance. However, from time to time, I buy some perfume. I got this one years ago and am about to finish it.Though I do not use it often (I just forget to spray it), I would say it is one of my favorites as it is very refreshing. I mainly use it during the summer season when there is this need to feel refreshed. The packaging and warm associations with Amalfi, which I love, also played a role. Every time I apply it, I think of Italy and this paradise.

This fragrance is absolutely gorgeous! Each time I wear it, I feel so good! I have people comment on it often telling me how lovely it smells. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone for likes a manly but fruity, almost citrus-esque smell. Definitely going to be purchasing again!
