This is really a wonderful shampoo. I have thinning dry hair and live in a desert area. I tried every shampoo out there that is the "best" like Kerastase. Every one of their shampoos ended up drying my hair. Bader shampoo left a film on my hair. Some of these shampoos rely on keratin to restore hair but too much of this substance can cause hair to dry out and break. I could go on but this shampoo restored shine and health to my hair and I have been using it for over a year with no complaints. It is so soothing you could use it daily. I do sometimes use another shampoo if I need a change like more body. This shampoo is my main go to and I use the matching conditioner with any other shampoo I use, it too is terrific and these products are worth the price.
