This product seems to calm my 8 month old puppy a little when she’s in the car. I’ve also used it on her beds and that seems to work a bit too. She still whines a little but it is less. Make sure you leave enough time after you spray before you get in your car because it’s very overpowering and we had to drive with all the windows down!

This has been THE most successful product. Our spoodle was extremely anxious during our regular 6 weekly 4 hour car journey - spraying Adaptil Spray on his bedding in the car worked immediately. He sleeps for the majority of the journey and when awake is very calm.We have since used it when he appears to be suffering anxious moments and the results have been phenomenal. Highly recommend this fantastic product.

Seems to have worked to help with my dog's anxiety around being left alone. I don't think it would work for severe anxiety, or if the dog is exposed to more than one stressful situation (e.g. being left alone AND in a foreign environment, etc). I have noticed that my dog's anxiety does reduce a little when I use this product, so I do recommend giving it a go. How effective it will be I think will really depend on each individual dog, and how severe their anxiety is.

Was given this from a friend because it didn’t work for their dog, but worked on mine amazingly!My dog would either wee or vomit when in the car she was so stressed. We sprayed this 15 mins before we left and she just sat in the back peacefully for the whole car ride. Can’t believe the difference it maxe

My 5 month nearly 6 month old miniature dachshund, could not cope being away from myself or my family when he was in his crate. He would bark from the minute we were out of his sight and wouldn't stop no matter what we did. Got this product 4 days ago and and it has worked unbelievably good, it has reduced his barking to maybe 1-5 little barks an hour and he only sulks here and there. Our household swears by Adaptil products for our anxious staffy. We use the wall diffuser in the house and if we are going somewhere new, we spray Adapitl Transport Spray onto a cute lil bandana about 10mins before we leave and it works to calm him significantly. When he is happy, we are happy!
My rescue Cattle X is extremely anxious and afraid of weather changes, storms, rain, mowers, loud noises and I have found by spraying this Adaptil on her Bandana and refreshing it every few hours, she is much calmer! It doesn't cure her, but it helps enormously. She won't have anything to do with a thundershirt!
I tried the collar but had a limited effectiveness after a few weeks. Spraying my dog's harness before our walks works very well, she is calm, doesn't bark at trailers or other dogs anymore and not pulling on lead as much, so a far better experience for us both.
