Would recommend this product to anyone. I bought 3 SD cards (2x32GB and 1x16GB): each of them works flawlessly in 3 different setups. All of the three media have been checked by the f3 media verification utility inside of my GNU/Linux systems, the latter use various versions of LMDE. Only the 16Gb came out with a 32KB corrupted data which is still acceptable. This was done because one can never trust the media's own chip declaration for its capacity and faking it is a pretty common place nowadays. For the record: these ones were genuine. The speeds data were also up to the advertised standards. One of the 32GB cards now carries 2 ext4 partitions with a custom-made Debian+Mate DE 5.2 GB full and is working perfectly as a drive media for my single-board Odroid-C1+ ... MoreWould recommend this product to anyone. One of the 32GB cards now carries 2 ext4 partitions with a custom-made Debian+Mate DE 5.2 GB full and is working perfectly as a drive media for my single-board Odroid-C1+ system. My former 16GB sd (bought separately) media would freeze a system by some reason during the heavy write operation for a second or two. This never occurs on the new 32GB for me. The other 32GB is used in the Android Moto G 3 phone (with the FAT32 fs) -- works great. The remaining 16 Gig card is used with the full SD adapter in the Nikon D3100 camera and is much much faster than the original class 4 full SDHC 8GB card. Conclusion: Given the ridiculous price for the said products and their quality I would recommend them to anyone! As for the newegg review website: not satisfied with it! You guys put too much js cross-site scripts in here making it so much complicated for me. I am allergic to the annoying over-coded web practices and use NoScript Firefox setup, or just resort to a text web browser. It's a pain in the a**e to lose the inserted information in all the fields 3 times in the row, I would give it up it entirely, if it wasn't first composed in my Emacs text editor. Shame on the newegg web developers.

As mentioned on Pros, while the write speeds aren't much faster than the card it replaced, the read speeds are 3x faster than a Class 6 card that I recently purchased, not paying attention to the details, just the price. Though all wasn't lost on that one, took the ADATA adapter and placed the Class 6 brand in my digital camera & use this one with a USB 3.0 card reader. Great replacements for Flash drives when on promo, and in my case, used to create a portable bootable Linux Mint OS. That allows me to boot & run my OS from most any computer that doesn't have Secure Boot, which is what I wanted it for. That allows me to boot and use my portable OS on any computer w/out leaving a trace behind. Of course they'll wear faster with this type of use, but what's $7 on ... MoreAs mentioned on Pros, while the write speeds aren't much faster than the card it replaced, the read speeds are 3x faster than a Class 6 card that I recently purchased, not paying attention to the details, just the price. If it lasts through the warranty & fails, no big deal, something faster will be the standard. The only thing I see that needs improvement on these cards are write speeds. 16MB/sec writes are about tops, while reads are a decent 40MB/sec. Then again, I knew I wasn't purchasing a SSD when ordered, and for the money (on promo), it's a good card.

Update 5-7-16: After 1 year, this card malfunctioned and I can no longer write to or format this card. This is terrible as there is personal information on this card. I explained this to Adata customer service, and even asked them to provide me a tool or link to erase the data before sending the card in, but they were not helpful and just insisted I send the card back as is if I wanted it replaced. It was a terrible choice – either compromise the information getting into the hands of strangers or losing the cost of the card which was about $80 at the time I bought it. I decided to send it back as it was, but I am not happy and will never buy any Adata product again. If you notice, all these cards seem to have failed in the same way. Adata must do something unusual ... MoreUpdate 5-7-16: After 1 year, this card malfunctioned and I can no longer write to or format this card. I decided to send it back as it was, but I am not happy and will never buy any Adata product again. If you notice, all these cards seem to have failed in the same way. Adata must do something unusual to how they design these cards, and it ends up compromising your personal information if you ever want a warranty replacement. It’s a terrible design. I originally gave this card a 5-star review, but have knocked it down to 1 star. If I could, I would give it 0 stars, not because it failed, but because of the way if failed -- locking up and compromising your personal information. Original review: This card is great for expanding storage in my Asus Transformer Book tablet/notebook. Speed is good, if not blazing. Tested with CrystalDiskMark, sequential read and write is 41.61 MB/s and 24.19 MB/s respectively. There is a limited lifetime warranty which is nice to know. Shipping was fast and efficient by Newegg. At the time I bought this, a few weeks ago, Newegg also had the cheapest price for a genuine 128gb micro sd card. I see that another popular shopping website is now selling 128gb micro sd cards as low as this, but I pay sales tax if I buy from them, so for me Newegg is still the cheapest.I would love to get another 128gb card for my LG smartphone, but I will wait till prices drop some more. Hopefully that happens soon.
