Different strap padding based on color/design choice

I got these to replace my Nike solarsoft 2 slides that seem to have been discontinued. These slides were true to size just like my Nike ones. The cloudfoam or whatever it is is very soft and squishy to the touch and feels nice on feet with and without socks. I have two minor issues with these. The first is that sometimes I feel like my heel bottoms out on the harder rubber/plastic on the bottom. I think this is because the cushion is just so soft. My second issue is the bigger deal in my opinion and that is the strap. I got the all black color with the three stipes and the strap has no padding at all. It is rubber on the outside with fabric on the inside. It's very thin and I find it to be uncomfortable without socks but not a huge deal with socks. I recently was in ... These sandals are classic sandals that mold to your feet overtime. They have extra cushion and great for arch support. I use these all year in Florida (they have replaced my slippers since they are so h by comfortable)! You can’t be the price of $20 either!... Show more

I bought this for my dad who has foot pain. However, the cushion/foam of the footbed provides great comfort and the cover that wraps around his toe is a soft material so it does not rub this toes or cause any redness. Overall, VERY COMFORTABLE AND SOFT.... Show more
