I used to wear these all of the time when I was in high school, I was in dance and soft ball. They were awesome for slipping on over my tights and socks, the little nubs on them used to feel like a massage every time I walked around. They made it quick and they were super comfortable, even without tights and socks. I had them in black and blue!

For some context I did do sports at on point when I was younger, but these aren't for everyone. I think you might like them if your having some severe muscle pain in your feet from sports or exercise such as running.

These sandals bring back a lot of memories as my dad had a similar pair when I was little. I love wearing these in the summer when I want to give my "running errands uniform" (black cotton leggings and a basic white tee) something extra. With a little grooming and a couple pieces of gold jewelry, I feel comfortable while put together in these slides. Bonus: Not only do the massage tips feel great on tired feet, but they can actually help improve blood circulation giving them an awesome wellness aspect too. The toe of the sandals oddly point a little inward instead of straight ahead on my pair, making them look a little crooked on my feet. Probably only noticeable only to me, but the reason for why I am giving 4/5 stars.
These slides are divisive and I know some people find the. Uncomfortable. They definitive you a nice hard massage on your feet that feels great after being on your feet all day or after a workout but if you have sensitive soles you might hate these. If you like deep tissue massages, these are the hurts so good sandals you need.

These were my go-to shoes all through middle and high school. Just throw on some socks and these shoes and I was out the door. Well, I wore them to the point where the nubs of the shoes were almost worn all the way down. They were amazing shoes while they lasted, although some days the nubs in the slides seemed to irritate my feet. Overall a great shoe!
These are the new and improved ones where the little nibs don't eventually break off. I have a pair of these for inside and a pair for outside. I don't recommend wearing any slide in public, because you never know when you may need to make a quick move and don't want to either trip over them or can't move quick enough. I highly recommend them.
The non-marking outsole provides excellent traction on various surfaces, which is perfect for wearing to the beach or pool. However, some users may find that the outsole is not as durable as they would like, and may need to be replaced sooner than expected. Overall, I rate the Adidas Men's Adissage Slides a 3 out of 5 stars. While they do offer some nice features such as the massaging footbed and non-marking outsole, they may not be the most comfortable option for extended wear and the durability of the outsole could be improved.
The short: I returned these after perhaps 30 minutes of walking in them. The "massage" nubs on this new model are hard and downright painful and actually left indentions in my feet.The long: I owned and loved two previous versions of this sandal. Unfortunately, the new design has cheapened the materIal used for the footbed "nubs" upon which your foot rests. The previous model used a soft gel-like material that was cool, soft, and comfortable. The new material is more of a hard, plastic-y foam. Further, the old model had better aesthetics with the clear gel footbed, lots of badging and a mix of black/gray/white/clear.
