Very high quality, so comfy to walk on. The adjustable laces and height of my foot, made the shoe somewhat unable to fit, or just fit. The support is awesome, the top of the shoe, looks like it doesn't fit. But it just fits.... Somehow it works, but doesn't look so.

I bought these, thankfully, on sale to have a comfortable shoe to walk in. I do a lot of city walking, but not running. Both shoes ripped in the same spot where the shoe bends while in use after about a month of WALKING in them. They're still usable, but the holes are uncomfortable as now the thick plastic mesh sticks into my foot every time I take a step. Super disappointed, but so so so glad I didn't buy them full price. Would have definitely returned them if so.

After using these for less than a month (for walking!) they developed a tear in the fragile mesh outer. A defect at the back of one heel caused blisters. (There was something hard protruding under the fabric.)
Great and comfortable shoes
I have narrow feet and bony heels and get blisters really easily. I researched shoes that are good for blister-prone folks and found these on a list. I ran in them all winter with thick socks and they were great; when I switched to lighter-weight socks I did get a nasty blister on my first run, but was good after that. I like how light and breathable they are (you can literally see through the mesh). I just ran a half marathon in them and came out blister free! I like them enough that I'm on my second pair. I also like that the colors are not obnoxious.
Really light and snappy but fits too narrow and has pressure points - decided to return as my feet needed more lateral room whilst still being held at the ankle and these couldn't do both in any specific size - it was one or the other with adjacent sizes
I was so excited to try out this shoe. I run without socks mostly on the treadmill so I wanted something lightweight, very breathable (mesh upper), good traction on a slippery treadmill belt, and didn’t rub. This hit all of those except the last. The mesh is exceptionally breathable - you can see your toes through the top of the shoe - but it’s very stiff and hard. Ribbed my toes raw within minutes and will not soften (it’s almost metallic feeling). The back of the shoe also has little by way of padding on the ankle. For me it only rubbed a little bit for most it will likely feel uncomfortable. Great price at REi tho.
I was so excited when I bought these, because they look stylish and seemed comfortable when I tried them on at the store. The first time I wore them on the treadmill, I noticed the upper mesh part is quite stiff and sometimes digs into my foot. After the 2nd time I wore them, I noticed that the mesh part had already started to tear apart. Unfortunately I was traveling so unable to return them. I continued to wear them (only 1-3mi runs on indoor treadmill) and the mesh continues to rip, so there are 2 rips on either side of the top on both shoes, but honestly now they are more comfortable since the mesh isn't digging into my foot. Overall very disappointed and would not buy again nor recommend.
