Adidas Best Racing Shoe For Marathons and half. Love how cushion and stable of a ride it is. I overpronate at slower paces or near the end of the marathon and this shoe is very stable for a SuperShoe. Wide Heel and Energy rods keep my ankle from rolling in.Highly recommend this shoe for the marathon. IT really rolls you on your toes and keeps you moving fast. I run a 3:30 marathon and looking to run 3:20 next race and this is my pick.i also love that it is not super squishy. It is soft without the sinking in feeling. Its just really comfortable with a great rocker. Plus it is probably top 2 best looking shoe .(i like the pro3 as the best.)

The shoes are a good example of how foreign business leads the way when it comes to weakening the male USA’in. Just look at the cushioning that women shoes have. The big big thing with this generation shoe is that it’s been around for awhile so if you purchase this generation just keep in mind the next generation, the 4, might be released within weeks. There is no release date as of right now because they want to get the most out of this design and at this price point, keeping release dates secret is mandatory. I’ve been trying to wait for the 4 myself but resigned to get the 3 again. This is my 3rd pair

Wow, just wow. First time trying this type of shoe. Cannot believe the difference and how much it propels you forward. Not sure I want to run in them all the time, (afraid I could not go back to a normal shoe!), but they are great for days I want to be/feel fast. Definitely recommend. Runs TTS (your running shoe size)

I have a marathon in 3 weeks. I bought these shoes with the intention of racing in them. I'm struggling with getting the laces tied properly so my heel does not slip and breaking them in. They seem to feel stiff and not much cushion. I ran a 16 miler in these a few days ago and had to stop several times to adjust the laces. Any and all help is appreciated. I gave three stars since the jury is still out....
I cant speak much or compare with other race day shoes so thats the only reason I give it a 4/5. But honestly these were great for me. I ran my first half marathon in these in February and I don’t recommend to do this but i didn’t even break them in and i had 0 issues with on race day. They felt better than my past running shoes and super lightweight. I love how breathable they are also. They are pricey and meant for race day only but i cant say i had any issues so far with them. I will say im not used to how grippy these shoes are i almost fell twice but after a couple of strides I got well adjusted. The shoe for me ran a bit large im usually a size 10 i ended up with size 9.5 and still had good wiggle room.
My son runs for Liverpool Harriers and this is his second pair of these shoes. He won't wear anything else for race day.Cheaper price on this site for the blue colour than anywhere else
I took these out for a pacey 10km and they were pretty comfy. I would say it is quite a roomy shoe which suits me as I normally need wide. I think 7.5 would hold up fine as plenty of toe box and good grip. Shoe did feel stable and lightweight in feel though the spongy base did not give me an overall spring. You’d expect it to translate to good energy return.
Very bouncy. Very interesting shoe to run or jog.Shoes lace is funky and take a awhile to get it right to put it on.True to size and quite roomy, I can only wear wide shoes like Hoka or Topo or Altra and this one I order half size up and felt too loose and is thinking about return it but I adjust the shoe lace a bit and now it fits quite well and next time I may order true size.It is pricy shoes, I have never ordered any running shoe over 200 quits but this one may worth it provided it lasts longer than any of my Hoka.One extra point, the shoes are ultra light and maybe great to carry to travel on the plane.
First long run and I developed heel blisters. Partially due to the low-riding socks but need to try again with higher socks. They feel good while running but they don't feel as responsive or as fast as my Sauchony Endorphin Pro 4s. More to come once I break them in. Love the look of the shoe, though.
Amazing shoes. I am a running enthusiast not an elite. These are amazing. Upper is very thin for weight savings so takes a little adjusting to get fit right each time. Once dialed in you can cruise forever. Can go fast and slow which is why can recommend for most all runners. The foam is amazing . The carbon rod plate is perfect and you really pick up the pace but if slow down it isn’t painful or harmful just no benefit at slow speeds.
