Decent, basic pair of running shoes
I bought this pair to have something to use while running in hotel gyms on business trips. It uses Adidas's Cloudfoam which is basic cushioning compared to their Boost foam that has high energy return. I have to say for such inexpensive shoes, they do a really good job. The fit around the ankle isn't the best for me personally, and I wonder how long the tread will last, but they work for my purposes. I don't think I would train for more than 3 miles at a time with them, but they are durable and comfortable enough for basic, everyday use.... Show more

Good all rounder shoe
I wanted a shoe that would be suitable for different kinds of workouts and was all black for use at work. This serves all purposes well. The grip on the bottom is pretty good but not great, so if that is something you are after I would recommend reviewing other options as I slid over in morning dew grass with great ease and no grace. They have a fairly solid wide base which still give a bit of foot flexibility through the sole but not a lot. The shoe lace design allows for a wide choice of lace styles to help with foot support as well.... Show more

Great running shoes but they run a little wide
I bought these because I have some other Adidas running shoes I dearly love. These are good but I want to note a difference. These are wider than the other style I have. I recognize every shoe is different. I have narrow feet. One thing I loved about the other style is how perfect they fit. My feet move toward the toe in these, but are held in place by the tongue. Still cute and comfortable shoes and a good value.... Show more

Great walking and running shoe
This is a great walking and running shoe. It’s very lightweight. It has enough support even for someone like me with flat feet. It gives just enough bounce for it to make running less painful on my knees and back the only drawback if there was one is that I don’t like the shoestrings because they slip easily, other than that this is a really good shoe. I would definitely recommend it and buy again.... Show more

Hurts sides of feet
These shoes looked perfect and felt fine when I first put them on. The positives: very lightweight, very well cushioned. The negative: where the 3 side stripes are is a plastic/rubber piece that I assume is for stability. But no matter how loosely I try to lace this shoe, those side panels start to dig and press against the sides of your foot after a couple of hours of wear. I have tried to wear them twice for work so obviously I cannot return, but I was in severe pain by the end of my shift both times. I don’t have wide feet, this is just an odd feature that did not play well with my feet.... Show more

Joy, Style, & Comfort Divine
These kicks are incredible! Right out of the box, they were comfortable enough to walk a considerable distance. Plush inside, but they don’t overheat the foot. I had no issues with them slipping or sliding around on my feet, zero issues with blistering. I also love the print, which is what drew me to them from the outset. I’m not as fond of the flared base on the sole. It was a thing way back in the 90s, and I didn’t like it then either. Aesthetically, it does not spark joy. But it does occur to me that perhaps the reason these are so incredibly comfortable is that the flared base makes for additional stability that other shoes lack. So I’ll accept the one quibbling thing I don’t like to get all of the things I absolutely love about these. If you want comfort, these ... MoreThese kicks are incredible! Look Nice but Wouldn’t Buy again
They’re… OK I guess. No support around the ankle and obviously pretty cheaply made. Nice thick sole but for weightlifting and running I want something with a more substantial frame that has a little stiffness; these are going to be relegated to yard duty. Got em on sale for $40 so not a huge deal but immediately bit the bullet and got some Brooks on sale for $70 that I’m much happier with... Show more

More Like Jogging Shoes
These are not running shoes. They lack the quality, material, construction, design, etc. found in a good pair of running shoes. If you are a casual jogger who jogs once a week for couple of miles then it’s fine. But if you plan on running multiple times a week, especially on hard asphalt or concrete, then you will develop knee issues or shin splints with these low shock absorption shoes. I bought the blue ones for casual everyday wear because they’re comfortable and have nice appearance, so I’m happy with purchase for that reason only. Adidas should not be advertising this as running shoes. I am a runner, ran cross country and track in school, and I can say you get what you pay for when it comes to true running shoes. Would’ve given 5 stars if advertised as casual ... MoreThese are not running shoes. They lack the quality, material, construction, design, etc. found in a good pair of running shoes. Rubbish
I brought these trainers as they were a good price and adidas have never let me down with their products unfortunately these trainers were terrible. Fitting was so tight u need to size up. After 1 week they had to go in the bin as the material began to stink.(used for joggin). Never have I had smelly feet and never have I had to throw away trainers because of this before. The material isn't breathable.... Show more

Will not shop at this location
I just purchased these shoes online, I love the shoes for work and they are comfortable! The reason I give it 2 stars is for the service I got from the Evans, GA location Academy Sports Store! (No stars for this location) I chose curbside pickup so I didn’t have to go inside. They sent me a message via text that my order was ready. I drove 30 minutes to the only academy in my area and parked in one of the TWO spots for curbside pickup. I then checked in and waited for 10 minutes… no one came so I called the number and asked was everything okay and they asked for my code, I gave it to them and was told by a woman that they would be out shortly. 10 more minutes go by so I call back and the same woman says I should just come inside! (pointless and useless to have a curbside pickup) I proceed to walk in and they have a huge line in the store so I walk up to one of the employees on the actual floor and ask her could she get my shoes for me and explained how long I have been waiting, she proceeds to tell me ”I don’t have anything to do with that, I’ve heard them talking about it on my ear piece for the last 20 minutes “… I then said “so you want me to wait in that long line”… she shrugged her shoulders and said “yea”. I’m livid at this point because not only did I have to wait 20 minutes but I also had to come inside and WAIT IN A LINE OF PEOPLE PURCHASING THINGS WHEN I ALREADY PURCHASED MY SHOES ONLINE AND HAD A CURBSIDE ORDER! They did not care I had to wait and acted like it was not there problem. I will not shop here again and I suggest if you ever shop at this location DO NOT do curbside pick up…. Might as well go inside and buy them.... Show more
