Come up small, I am a 6 these squash my toes,would need a 7. Lovely trainer though, look great, and very comfortable apart from the length issue. I have passed them onto someone with smaller feet.

Super comfy and great for work and uni. Love that the laces aren’t insanely long and I never have to double knot them which is a bonus.My only critique is that for me, they feel a little bulky. Only a time but, but that’s probably because all of my other shoes have more or a slim fit, less thick soles

I bought these trainers for work. I spend a lot of time on my feet and have found these trainers very comfortable and supportive. Only gave 4 stars as they are very small fitting. I have worn a size 5 all my adult life but had to buy a size 6 in these.
Great shoe! They were “broken in” on the first day of walking. Have been very comfortable and supportive on 8-10 hour days on your feet. I sized up 1 size to allow more room in the toe area. Please measure carefully :)
I'm a 5.5 and went with a 6 after seeing reviews that they run small - I should have got a 7! I kept them thinking they'd loosen up with wear and just felt tight because they were brand new - mistake!
