Adidas Samba Review: Comfy but Achilles Woes
I took a chance on the Adidas Samba in youth size 6 since my women's size 8 was unavailable. Initially, they felt a bit loose, but as I wore them, they became more comfortable. However, I did experience some Achilles discomfort, which I hope will improve with more wear. Despite this, I'm pleased with my purchase and plan to buy another color from Finish Line. It was a bit tricky to find these popular shoes in stock, so I'm grateful Finish Line had them available.... Show more

Adidas Sambas
I ordered the Green Stripe Gum sole Sambas. The adult version has dark soles which I am not a fan of so I was so excited to find these in the kid's size in this colourway. The kids version is also 20$ cheaper than the adult Sambas.Unlike many customers I have no issues with the back of my ankle blistering.I wear a size 6.5 in Womens Adidas. I purchased the Big Kids 5 (make sure you order the Big Kids-Which is marked with a Y on the box).Similar to the Adult Sambaswidth-wise they run a little on the narrow side- So if you have slightly wider feet either skip on these shoes or be ready to order a larger side, The width of my feet are average leaning more towards narrow. (I also have a pair of the Sambae which run a little wider if you cant wear the Sambas). They ... A Must-Have
I first ordered the block sambaand they were so comfortable. I had to have the white pair. I am so glad that I did! They are so comfortable and Versatile you can Where them with anything. They look really good on! About the Sizing.. I am a women's true size seven.. My foot is on the slender side.. I ordered a size six and kids and normally I wear a five and a half in big kids... Keep that in mind. Let me 5 and a 1/2 would work as well. I just like my shoes a little bit more on the roomy side. Because I do walk a lot... Show more

Can't wait to break in my size 4 lol
The first paid I ordered the wrong size smh I forgot I was shopping for myself. So I went to cherry hill mall and Matt/Justin helped me. So Justin brought out all black white strip samba for sizing purposes only. He brought out a 4 which was perfect fit. Then Justin made a couple calls. The last call was the Right One. He know someone who knew someone special behind the phone. She did made it happened. So I left my name number and size. So I got a call Wednesday about the sneaks. Then He said what color. I said the tan off white. He's paused for a second. And said not the black ones. I said no. He said I'm going to make a call and If I don't call you right back your good. Classic Shoe
I first found out about this shoe a while back when it started trending online. I held off on buying a pair because I wanted to make sure it wasn't a "come and go" trend that I would get tired of after a few months. However, after holding off, I still found myself wanting to grab a pair. I first purchased it in the adult size off of the Adidas Website in a Women's 7, but it was way too big. Lengthwise, I'm a 6.5, but sometimes I have to size up because my feet are wide. So, when the original pair from the Adidas website came in and I realized how big they were on me, I figured I could size down and get a kids size that looks exactly the same for a cheaper price. That's exactly what I did. So, I ended up ordering a size 5 in kids and it fits perfectly! Lengthwise, I ... MoreI first found out about this shoe a while back when it started trending online. The 5 gives enough room where it's roomy but not too big. Initially, the shoe is pretty narrow, but even with my wide feet and bunions, it fits really well after a few wears. I was able to pretty much break them in after 2-3 wears. Now, they fit great and they go with everything. It's such a classic, low-profile shoe that can be dressed up or down. I could definitely wear these shoes with jean shorts on the weekend but also pair them with a midi-skirt for work during the week (which is exactly what I did). I honestly can't wait to start pairing these with so many looks!... Show more

Comfortable and fashionable sneaker
My daughter came home from camp and insisted that she needed the Adidas Samba sneaker in violet. We went on line and ordered them from Finish Line. We were so excited to receive the shoes a few days later. They are not only comfortable but they are fashionable and appear to be a good quality sneaker. My daughter was so excited to go to camp the next day and run and play in her fun, stylish and comfy shoes. Thank you Adidas for making a quality product and thank you Finish Line for offering the product to buy!... Show more

Great shoes for my small feet!
I bought these Adidas Sambas in the big kid size because they were less expensive than the adult size. I typically wear a size 6 in womens. I bought a size 4 in big kids size. They are the perfect fit. Nothing different than the adult sizes. Not bulky looking or weird. I bought these for a trip that I will be doing a lot of walking and I wanted something soft and comfortable. These fit the bill. They have soft leather and I don't really need to break them in. It has enough arch support but if you need a lot of arch support these would not be for you. Overall they are just what I was looking for and worth the price.... Show more

I was so excited to get this shoe. I ordered this a while ago and it finally came in today. I opened the box only to find the stripe was red not black. I was so disappointed. I do like red, but that wasn’t what I ordered and not what I need for now. Then when I tried them on I laced the top hole. Both holes were so sticky I couldn’t get the lace into the hole in one of the shoes. That’s why I gave it a 4 star rating. The gender sizing allows for a slightly larger width, which I need. I ordered my typical size 9 womens. The fit in length and width was perfect. But since it’s the wrong color they’re going back.... Show more

so excited!!
I was a little hesitant to order these shoes because of the mixed reviews on the sizing. But I thoroughly review the size chart and I measured everyone’s foot. I got a “big kid” 6.5 for me (I am normally a women’s size 8). For my 4.5 year old daughter I got a toddler size 10 (she is normally a size 10 at target and other shoe stores. And for my 11 month old I got a walker size 5. Those are a little big for her still but she will grow into them (all the baby sizes were sold out). Overall everyone’s shoes fit! I’m excited to have matching shoes with my girls and it’s cool that the bigger kids sizes are equivalent to women’s sizes!... Show more

Wish the toe box was wider
I was hoping the fit in the toe box would be wider considering these shoes are labeled as “unisex.” I went up a half size to accommodate my slightly wider foot and low profile orthotics, and it helped a little, but was disappointed with the narrow almond-shaped toe. I have a pair of older Sambas that have a wider toe box, so am a little bummed that the newer models got narrower. I’m planning to use some shoe stretchers to widen the leather a bit, they should be great after that. Other than that, they’re good ole Sambas.... Show more
