I am not sure what another reviewer is talking about that they are extremely uncomfortable, perhaps get the right size next time? These slides are ALL you need! They are a dream come true, literally. I suffer from flat feet and finding the right slides without the massive arch support or being completely flat is such a struggle for me and when I saw these and tried them on I did not hesitate to purchase them. It feels like walking on a high quality memory foam mattress material. They are not adjustable, so I'd recommend going a size up if you like the extra room for your feet otherwise you can order your regular size and still be fine because they do stretch out a lot, the material is quite flexible and there's a design feature on the sides where the sole meets the ... I got these to replace my Nike solarsoft 2 slides that seem to have been discontinued. These slides were true to size just like my Nike ones. The cloudfoam or whatever it is is very soft and squishy to the touch and feels nice on feet with and without socks. I have two minor issues with these. The first is that sometimes I feel like my heel bottoms out on the harder rubber/plastic on the bottom. I think this is because the cushion is just so soft. My second issue is the bigger deal in my opinion and that is the strap. I got the all black color with the three stipes and the strap has no padding at all. I am not sure why everyone loves these. I bought these a few weeks ago and the top of my foot has been very irriated. It is not so bad for my left foot, but for my right foot the skin is red and peeling and it hurts to touch it. I am not sure what fabric is being used but it is nothing like the Nike ones I've had for a decade. I am not able to return at this point as I didn't think they would be so bad, but lesson learned. I guess I will only be able to wear them with socks.
I ordered a Women’s 8, and since it’s Unisex, it lists both Men and Women’s size. It said Mens 7, which would actually equal a women’s NINE. The shoes I received are absolutely way too large and bigger then a W8. The tag attached to the shoe even says M7/W8. Don’t know if it’s an adidas error or famous footwear error, but beware you will likely receive the incorrect sizing if your order online.
I ordered these in navy. I've always sized up when there are no half sizes. I'm a 7.5 (There weren't 1/2 sizes avail when i ordered soI ordered womens size 8 and when I got the they were huge on me. They fit my daughter who wears an 8.5. Now, my size is out and on the actual receipt it says size 9! Very unhappy. I would re order if tje correct size was available
Adidas has changed the design. There is no stitching over the top of the foot that restricts the flex when walking, and results in the feeling of a 'tight string' castrating your foot. The prior version of these were not stitched, but glued, and as a result were fare more comfortable.
These were the best of the 7-8 slip on athletic sandals available at my local DSW. My major sticking point when trying them on was the lack of adjustable strap. The only soccer sandals I've worn for 20 years had an adjustable strap, so I was worried these would fall off easily. Surprisingly they don't, they feel secure walking around outside grabbing mail or taking out garbage. One odd thing I've noticed so far is I prefer how they grip while wearing socks as opposed to bare feet. They are both more comfortable and more secure with socks on. Great sandals for the price, but I still wish the strap was adjustable velcro.
