My son wanted this with his birthday money . It’s a great ball but scratches very Easy even when striking it . Expected a lot better quality from adidas …. Thsi isn’t sports directs fault by any means though

I bought this recently via click and collect. Grandson loves it but I was disappointed with two things: firstly the £4.99 charge ( it shouldn't cost to do click and collect!) and secondly the fact that the ball came ' flat packed'; I had to ask the man at the till if he would blow it up for me ( which he did but it wasn't offered).

This is the second football we have got from sports direct and both of them keep deflating within 24 hours of inflating! The first ball seemed to have a broken valve and this one seems to have a puncture / hole. We have ordered footballs from other places before and had no issues, it just seems to be the ones we have purchased from sports direct!
Sadly passed away after encountering its first bush. Taken by a thorn, long before its time. And so young too! No Adidas football can ever replace this dear friend. Instead, a better quality ball shall. Death is not the end.

I chose Sports Direct as I'd heard of them, they had what my son needed in stock and they offered next day delivery (at extra cost).Took me a good while working out how to get through to them as all thier support avenues try to lead you through previosly asked qustions and issues and my initial issue - the supplied tracking number was not recognised - was not one of them.When the ball didn't turn up, I was able to select an option for that so I submitted my issue. When I did get a reply (after waiting for more than a day) it was unremorseful.I ended up getting the ball a week later, well after I needed it and I begrudge giving them ... MoreThe ball is great, the service was pants! Ordered one of these for my twin sons’ birthday. Got a different style to the one ordered, but understood that was a possibility so accepted it. Ball lasted one game on the school astro turf pitch before a chunk came out of it. According to Sports Direct this was misuse so they were unable to refund or exchange. You know, cause 11 year olds are powerful enough to just kick chunks out of footballs!
Got this in size 4 for my grandson to practise his keepy-uppies before the school football season really got going. He's delighted and is getting on much better with it than with his standard school issue. A real bonus with it arriving early too!
Ball is a very good quality. However I bought this white one because beautiful blue colour addition as on the picture. The blue colour do not exist on the ball so a bit disappointed with a colour - it looks completely different. Also disappointed with a delivery - I paid extra for next day delivery as it was last minute additional birthday present - the ball did not arrived next day and I paid for this service (it was delivered after 2 days)
Received deflated ball without any adapter to inflate the ball.It was a birthday present for my grandson who was most upset and in tears.There was no contact information in case of any issues to resolveSo had to take it to a Sports Shop straight away who inflated it for us.In my view this is very poor service.
