Shoelace holder portion of the shoe detached from shoe in less than 5 months of use! Took back to the store but I was unable to get anywhere on an exchange or refund in spite of Adidas 6 months warranty on their shoes. I would expect a shoe to last more than 5 months when you pay $150 for them. A classmate of my son's said the same thing happened to his pair of shoes like this. Clearly this show is very poorly made. No longer will we purchase Adidas shoes!

Ive owned for about a month now. Wear them 2 times a week for a few hours at the gym. Right outta the box you can see that they are held together with glue, and are very very light. Which normally is a good quality for a shoe but in this case, bad because there is nothing to it. No removable insole, just a shared outsole/insole which is very thin and absorbs water. Also for some reason, the material is impossible to clean. So, mine fell apart after a month hardly wearing them. The outsole is separating from the shoe, I cant get any stains out, and the lettering that says adidas peeled off on one side and the other side is starting to peel off. Well made and great looking shoe. I love the style My biggest problem is with the comfort. It's definitely not at the comfort level (or price point) of the Ultraboost. It provides nowhere near the support or cushioning and thats my major problem with the shoe. The heel drop is a little too much for me. It feels flat. I am involved in a lot of athletic activities and I tend to develop Plantars Fasciitis, when I do not wear supportive athletic shoes. With the lack of support these provide, I doubt they would make it into my workout routine and definitely not my cross-fit or HIIT routine. Great walking shoe and great stylish casual to fit your athleti-leasure outfit, but to the gym?? Probably not.

Iām usually a Nike guy but havenāt been overwhelmed with comfort of some of their athletic shoes lately. Liked the style of these so I tried a pair on. Instantly hooked. Insanely comfortable and lightweight. Looking forward to buying another pair or several in different colors.
Bought these as a gift for my grandson. They came dirty, with the top cut off the box and a note saying they came from a clearance center. Ordered from Dick's, not a clearance center! They were 25% off, NOT clearance priced! Couldn't give them as a gift in this condition. Customer service was no help, their response was "sorry you weren't happy"! Very disappointed! Will definitely think twice before I order anything from this store again!
Iām confused with all of the high reviews. They were just ok when it comes to comfort and the loop on the back is some sort of plastic that constantly rubbed on my Achilles which left a mark after just walking around the house. I bought them on sale and they werenāt worth that price.
I bought my first pair about a month a ago. Less than a week of normal wear a quarter size hole appeared above the right big toe. I took the pair back for an exchange. Again after less than a week of normal wear the same hole developed in the identical spot. I went back to Dick's, but this time I decided to exchange for a different model. After two weeks there is no issues with the new model of shoes, no tears. I believe the NMD model must have a design flaw. Two pair same tear with two weeks. Unreal!
My son wore these about 10x and on both shoes and in 2 different places the shoelace eyeholes ripped right down the middle. They basically are made of cheap material. DO NOT Purchase or same thing will happen to you.
I Don't believe I can say anything bad about these shoes ! The Adidas original NMD R1 STLT was purchased for my son who is in 11th grade who plays football so very athletic ! He uses these shoes for daily use including even when running ! He loves them the style the comfort and the material ! Easy to wash is just the icing on the cake !! Thank you adidas and FINISHLINE !!! Fishline is the only place I buy my 4 teenage boys and 1 teenage girl their shoes at ! I highly recommend āāāāā
So disappointed in these $90 adidas. Got them in August but didnāt wear them right away. After wearing them lately for a month the plastic piece that holds the laces snapped. Too late to return.
