Product is good but the shoes I received aren't in great condition. Insoles were pulled out and wasn't put back in correctly, resulting i wrinkles and it shouldn't be pulled out in the first place as it was glued down and now it is not a NEW product as it was mishandled.

Product is good but the shoes I received aren't in great condition. Insoles were pulled out and wasn't put back in correctly, resulting i wrinkles and it shouldn't be pulled out in the first place as it was glued down and now it is not a NEW product as it was mishandled.
