I love my Sambas. Adidas is consistently large in sizing but not consistent in how much larger. For example, in the Superstar and Stan Smith, I only have to go down 1/2 a size.
I would say go down a full size with the Samba. Here is my explanation...I am most consistently a UK 38. That is the sizze that best fits my foot. Typically that is a US size 7/7.5.
For sneakers I wear a 7.5/8 for Nike or Reebok. I went with a 7 as that's what I get in Stan Smiths and Superstar for Adidas. The Samba are too long. Not walking out of them

pretty well. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they did blister my heels the first time out; I'm hoping to break them in a bit because I do really like them otherwise.

This is my 3rd pair of Samba. They run a bit narrow, so I sized up half a size for my first pair. But it loosens up after a month or so. So for my next two pairs, I am going with my normal size 7. They fit right on from the get go. Love Samba! So stylish, easy to pair with anything. It is so good! In general, I have to do down half a size in Adidas (Superstar, Stan Smith, etc), but for Samba, I'd say it runs smaller than the rest.

I am a size 7.5. I have to size down to a 7 for a perfect fit. Soft shoes. I walked for an hour with the shoes right out of the box, with long socks. Comfortable, no issues at all. The leather is supple. It feels like walking on sleepers. No much arch support but for me are super comfortable. After reading reviews I was concerned about two issues: slippery on wet surfaces or rain making causing people to fall, and hurting ankles to the point of blistering or bleeding. I am wearing the shoes with high socks for at least a week, not using the blower hack, but I dont have any issue so far with hurting or blisters, actually I am impressed about comfort and how fast the leather softened. I am thankful for all the reviewers posting the slippery issue, it saves me to slide and fall because I was aware, and sadly I found it is true. Otherwise, wonderful shoes.

I first purchased the original OG’s and I live in them. I was stalking this 2nd pair in the black and cream combo but my size was always out of stock. For reference, I’m a size 8 men’s/9 women’s in the unisex OG white ones. So when I saw the black ones available in the women’s 9.5, I decided to pull the trigger and see if they would work. Surprisingly, they’re perfect! They fit identical to my other unisex ones in size 9, which surprised me. So these black ones run slightly smaller. I’m thrilled to have both pairs! I also purchased a third pair in the all cream w/ black stripes, but I found those to have a very peachy yellow undertone, which I didn’t care for. So I returned those. I highly recommend the white OGs and black/cream suede ones if you can your hands on them.

I don't understand how anyone can tolerate wearing this with the tongue being so stiff and sharp. I have been buying Adidas for most of my life, I love them, but the tongue on these instantly digs into the front of my ankles and the heel is still too loose so it slip around even though the length is barely long enough for me. I usually wear a 9.5-10, generally a 10 in adidas but I got a 9.5 in these. They're cute but I don't want cuts in my ankles so I'll have to send back. Change that tongue, goodness.

I am a size 8 and this green collegiate samba OG Women is true to size. I was afraid of buying online and having to return, because these sambas can run big. On the male one I am size 6.5. And I have another color where I was 7.5. But this color the size 8, which is my size was the perfect fit.In regards to Hibbett, this is my first purchase here and it was perfect. Well packed and fast shopping. I had a positive experience.

I would love to give a 5 star rating but I received the wrong item. I’ve been on the waiting list for the Samba OG white/halo blue for weeks. When it was finally available (I was not alerted. I happen to see my size as I was looking at the Nordstrom website.) I quickly placed an order. The shipping was delayed by 4 days. When the shoes finally arrived I was so disappointed to see that the Samba were white/indigo, not the halo blue. I am on the fence about calling customer service to complain….. but is that a waste of my time?
