I'll be honest, these aren't the best speed boots. They remind me too much of the Ghost where it was too stiff and not pliable. These feels like the ghost and the speedflow
combined. Why did you have to change it so much ADIDAS?!?! I'll stick to my Mizuno cleats. The mid section is narrow and the toe box is wide. What's the point if you can't
even get your foot past the midsection to the toe box ha

I bought this boot in store because when I tried them on they felt perfect on my feet. The width through the mid foot is very narrow, the big heel padding feels extremely
comfortable and provides great lockdown. The material on the speed portal .1 is definitely a lot stiffer than the speed flows but I think that the speed portal material will last
longer than the speedflow because they feel more structured. The new sole plate on the speedportals are a big step up because you can play on grass and artificial grass
with no problem, unlike the speedflow which had terrible studs for artificial grass. All round I think these boots are great

Great boots but too narrow
8 April 2021
I have normal to slightly wide feet and for a 9 UK, I bought 2 sizes of these boots and both were fine lengthways but way too narrow that my feet weren’t comfortable. The boots are well designed, look good and are super lightweight but it seems Adidas are trying to get as close to skin-tight as so if you’re wanting these boots then ensure you don’t have wide feet.... Not like they used to make them

The boot shape feels very narrow, so would not recommend to anyone with normal-wide feet or those that wear thick or multiple pairs of socks. The boot upper material is very plasticy, and I do hope it will last. After the first time playing the boot upper is already scratched and is evident. Can feel absolutely everything through the material, that includes when kicking a hard ball, or a stud catches you on the foot. The laces on top which lock your foot down tend to dig in if done too hard, to compensate you tie them a bit looser, but lose some of the lock in.I would not say the bottom carbon fibre piece is beneficial in any way.As a whole, the boot seems "fine" but does not feel premium - I'd probably choose a different brand or type if I was to choose again.... Personalizing not worth it!

Probably should give a higher rating BUT, my kiddo has only worn these to 4 practices (no games)…. We paid extra to personalize them and the lettering is coming off! Needless to say, disappointed!... Show more
