Horrendous Customer Service!! The people that contacted me through email were super rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and incompetent. I tried to cancel order and the man I spoke to said he could cancel the order. Then I emailed customer service checking on the status of my order it was not canceled. The agents proceeded to argue with me one after the other saying they couldn’t cancel my order. It was a nightmare so I just told them to ship the item out since they couldn’t cancel my order. The shoes are really cute and comfortable but run like 1/2 size big. I had to return them.
Was fit at Golftown Langford, and these are probably the best fitting shoes I own now. I have a narrow heel, high arch, and wide forefoot, and staff matched me to these. Needed some break in. So cute!
