Again this was a part of a order that I had made wasn't told out-of-stock till two weeks after I contacted and here I was thinking it was already dispatched it on it's way no communication about tracking no communication of out-of-stock items nothing whatsoever the customer should not have to chase the cellar and ask where their item is interesting the day after I requested where my items were and why they had not been posted I was requesting a refund all of a sudden you're in stock and it sent to me the next day also only took 3 days to arrive after that first communication of question not impressed it all
