The power tools have exceeded my expectations! Coming from a 5 year old set of AEG power tools, these new ones are a significant improvement. The performance and battery life are outstanding. Highly recommended!

I have been a long-time AEG user - having first bought a simple drill and driver kit 10 years ago which after considerable usage renovating housings, and building sheds and decks, finally started to release the "magic blue smoke" that signaled it was time to upgrade. This new kit offered great value for money - with a drill, impact driver, saw, angle grinder and two 5ah batteries. I was fortunate to also get a promotional bonus 5ah battery and redemption bonus tool. After a few weeks of use, these tools are holding up strong to my expectations. I did have an issue with the saw being dead on arrival (the blade with briefly spin then turn off) - but it was no problem at all, after a quick call to AEG support, which was answered and resolved quickly, I then went into ... Used the tools for almost a month now, it is good at some instance bad at some instance. Grinder and circular saw are very standard, doing what it suppose to compare to other brands. Drill is very good, nice and durable, has a lot of power in it. The impact driver is not very good if you want to use it for a very controlled environment. Eg. Putting door handles on, tightening screws for anything plastic. The power of impact will kick on randomly, very hard to control.( Coming from a Japanese brand) Have asked and confirmed from technical support, it is a switch, not a variable speed trigger. The battery doesn't last very long with 5AH Force battery. For the price is just not worth it. (Again coming from the same Japanese brand).

I recently bought the AEG 18V Fusion 4-Piece 5.0Ah FORCE Kit from Bunnings, and it’s been amazing! As my first tool kit, it’s really easy to use, and the quality of the results is brilliant. The tools are powerful, and the battery lasts a long time, making it perfect for my DIY furniture projects. Highly recommend!
Everything feels really well built. Have put the tools through their paces and they've all out performed my expectations! Comparable to much higher priced brands. The tool bag is great quality too 👍
Love these tools, I'm no tradie and have only had cheap equipment, but anticipate these will last for a long time. Effortlessly cut 12 steel posts with the grinder, with battery time excellent. Good feedback from my De Walt mates also!!
Have had for a few weeks now and put it through its paces at home with DIY work. Mainly 90x45 some chamfering and miter cuts with the saw. Drill and impact drive have been good with pushing in 100mm screws. Battery has held up well. No complaints so far.
Bought this AEG package to leave at a very remote fishing shack. Why? To save myself lumping the existing pro gear back and forward each year. Just finished some shack renos and I've decided the AEG tools are too good to leave there. The existing pro tools will now be retired to the shack for less frequent use!
Was hesitant at first to change from my Milwaukee range to AEG. Took the plunge and bought this kit and never looked back since! The smooth power is second to none and the tough rugged design of the tools means they are safe in the back of the ute and around the jobsite. Absolutely stoked with this purchase and will be running all AEG tools now
After years of using a well known and reliable DIY brand I wanted to upgrade. After buying this kit I wish I had done so sooner!
