AHA-BHA Exfoliate Cleanser by Murad for Unisex - 6.75 oz Cleanser

I’ve been using Murad’s Age Reform AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, and it’s a game changer for my skin. The blend of salicylic, lactic, and glycolic acids gently exfoliates, leaving my skin smoother and brighter after each use. It effectively clears away dead skin cells without causing irritation, which is crucial for my sensitive skin. Here is my duo that I use on exfoliating nights. I use @Murad Skincare Hydration AHA/BHA Cleasner Essential C Toner ~ Environmental Shield Exfoliating Cleanser it contains glycolic and lactic acid (AHAs), which helps remove the dead skin cells, dirt, and impurities on your skin. and It contains salicylic acid (BHA), which will help shed dead skin skin cells, unclog your pores, and reduce redness. It also has jojoba beads that provide manual exfoliation. Along with moisturizering and hydrating your skin. It completely exfoliates my skin, leaving it soft and smooth.

Gentle Exfoliation

This product was gifted by Murad. I have normal/combo skin with occasional breakouts, fine lines and discoloration from past marks. This cleanser makes my skin glow! I love that it has AHA/BHA in it and that it has the tiny micro exfoliant beads. It's a two pronged approach to exfoliation which is just what my skin needs. Since it has chemical exfoliants I like to put it on and rub it in then let it sit like a mask for 5 to 10 minutes to allow those ingredients to work a bit longer on my skin before I was it off. Even when I don't have time for that and I rinse it off right away my skin still looks and feels great. Good exfoliating creamy cleanser

My favourite sunscreen is by Murad, and I've used the Essential C cleanser, so I was happy to have 60ml of this exfoliating cleanser to try. It's always nice to have a physical exfoliant cleanser in one's arsenal and over the years it's been difficult to find one that didn't have particles that were too damaging to skin or the environment. I luckily found Drunk Elephant's Juju Bar and really like that, but sometimes you just want a liquid cleanser. Murad has achieved the right kind of particles in a gentle cleanser base that provides mild exfoliation and rinses clean.That said, it's a bit spendy for a cleanser and I'm not convinced having the AHA/BHA component does much good as it's being rinsed away before it can do anything. I can't really say that my skin looks instantly brighter after using this; it is just one option among various chemical and physical exfoliations that I use regularly.So, a pretty good product with some caveats. Much better than a lot of physical exfoliant cleansers out there. Well worth trying if you're looking for that sort of thing. But it does come at a price.

LOVE this stuff, but it isn't **Perfect**

I have been using this stuff for 3-4 years now. I love so much about it, but it isn't the "perfect" cleanser. It doesn't really create soap suds. I more use this as a gentle physical exfoliator, that will clear out pores - I get no blackheads with this stuff* - and my skin will feel clean. But it does not remove makeup that well. I double-cleanse with a balm cleanser to remove makeup and then I will actually mix this Murad with a different acne gel cleanser that has more ingredients to help with breakouts as well as making the suds! So maybe this is technically a "triple-cleanse" routine, but it works. I use the Murad and the other acne cleanser kinda sparingly. This bottle will literally last me 12 months easy. Longtime fave and staple in my skincare regimen

I have been using this product since 2016 with no issues. I used to work for a company that sold Murad Skincare and required us to use Murad products for professional facials. I will say while working there I fell in love with many of the products I got to use on my clients and myself. This exfoliating cleanser is gentle enough to use 3x a week and is ok for dry, oily and combo skin. I love how my skin feels after using this stuff. The only con for me is the price tag but if you have the extra $ to buy the full size bottles it's definitely worth it and should last you a long time.

Lovely exfoliating cleanser

I am becoming a fan of Murad products and wanted to try this cleanser due to the gentle exfoliation. I was impressed. It's a creamy exfoliating cleanser with a chemical and physical effect although I did not find it harsh. I massaged a small amount on to wet skin for a few minutes then rinsed with warm water. My skin felt brighter, cleansed and hydrated. I wouldn't use more than a few times a week so in-between my other more gentle Murad cleansers. Would definitely recommend.

Not for everyone

Not for everyone, but for the right people it would be the best cleanser. This is best for oily skin that isn't super sensitive. It gently exfoliates, which to me, shouldn't be done every day anyway, but it is still a physical exfoliator which isnt good for anyone with sensitive skin. The mistake that many make with this cleanser is using it everyday, and i think only super oily skin people can afford that. This is excellent to use once or twice a week for combination and/or normal skin as a second cleanser to remove waterproof/sport sunscreen and heavy makeup. It won't dry your skin if you dont use it daily. Texture and Sebacious Filaments - this is for you!

I've been using this for a week now, which is a bit soon to comment, however, this product workssss. It has helped decrease my texture and reduce my pores, and drastically minimize the look and feel of my sebacious filaments, which I've struggled with.I have sensitive skin, and I find it does not irritate it, however, it does have a very fine grit texture, so if you are sensitive, use *gentle* pressure and "dissolve" it a bit with water in your hands before applying to your face, and you should be ok.
