Future Vault Cop! Hibbett is the best!
Hibbett is the best sneaker shop on the interwebs – got the AJ13 Tiffany's (island green) for an absolute steal. I know hype beasts weren't into these or the AJ1 Bloodlines, but both were on my list and I got both for less than a single pair. The suede is on point, and while the faux-croc leather is stiffer than usual AJ13's it's still soft IMO. The colorblocking is perfect and while I wish they kept the Cat's Eye hologram, I understand why they swapped out the the silver/metal Eye to match the Tiffany SB Dunks. The Pearlescent Jumpman on the outsole and clean metal Jumpman tongue makes up for it though. These are a great cop and while now isn't the best time to be shopping, I couldn't pass them up!... Got’em this time!
Was able to score the next day after release and it showed up 3 days later. Seems like maybe this retro wasn’t as popular but the new color way is beautiful! I’m glad they were still available and hopefully going forward I can get more releases as I have failed many many times trying to get ‘‘em in the past with other releases. I’ve had many frustrating times with releases but that’s fine because I’ll just go to a retailer and give them the business if sneakers can’t provide me. This time it all worked out though!... Great design concept, poor execution.
I was really looking forward to this release as I generally like the XIII's and this color/material combination looks so good in person, but the build quality of the shoe does not match its price. I feel this way because when I first tried on the shoes, the right shoe felt tighter around the toe box than the left. So, naturally, I played around with the laces and tongue. The idea being that maybe they were laced unevenly and re-lacing would fix the issue. It didn't. So I then decided to inspect (and admire) the shoe itself and that's how I noticed that some of the panels weren't aligned symmetrically across both shoes. Not by much and not all the panels, but enough to make the right shoe almost feel like a half size smaller making it strange and uncomfortable to ... Not by much and not all the panels, but enough to make the right shoe almost feel like a half size smaller making it strange and uncomfortable to wear. If you look at the images I've uploaded and compare the distances between the 3M panels and the midsole on both shoes you will see how on one shoe it is tighter (or closer) to the midsole than the other in a few places. One other flaw I'll point out on my pair, is the stitching of the 3M panel by the hologram. On one shoe the line is nice and round all the way through while on the other it comes to a sharp point where it meets the inner lining. For this reason and others I already mentioned, I cannot recommend this shoe at this price.... Show more

Love the look, not the feel :/
This shoe is surprisingly easy to dress up. It goes with many different types of clothes and types of dress. The big drawback, is that this is the second time I buy 13s and it feel as if the manufacturing isn’t the best. The heel feels as if the cushion inside the shoe is uneven compared to the other side. It’s the second time I run into this problem with the 13s, kinda sad about it.... Show more

Low to High 13's
Fresh out the box, extra white laces & 23 eye gently sealed w/plastic to keep it 100. So here's the scoop. The low 13's tend to run very slightly larger and slightly wider than its brother shoe, high top. However, if you wear thicker socks than stick to your true size as you will feel a perfect fit wearing them. The suede on the low 13's looks really smooth because the contrast pops out at you right away. Also the low's have that little jumpman on the heel for a fresh new look on these, giving them their own identity.Balling out there on the court there is more ankle support on the highs. And on the street for a casual yet sharp look the lows take the cake. They are unique in their own way and super comfortable.IMO, hope this review helps. I'd like to thank others ... Nice Jordans
These are extremely comfortable. The color way on these sneakers is absolutely fantastic. As soon as our weather here in the north east changes and I can finally wear them out without rain. I will be extremely excited. to rock this pair!... Show more

Not as good as they use to be
I started reading other peoples reviews on the 13's. I always just assumed if you got J's (as long as they weren't replicas), they would be top notch quality. Mine weren't even as bad as I've seen others show. I just recently received the black/olive 13's. Overall they are decent, but you can see a few places where they don't line up or match up. You can also see that one one portion of the shoe, the material will be smooth. And another portion of the show, it will be rough. And then the portions don't match. So the tongue on one shoe is smooth, but not on the other. The toe on one shoe is smooth, but not on the other. Also on the bottom, it looks like glue marks or impression of where the black part was glued on. I need to check my other 13's but I don't remember ... I just assumed Jordans ordered off the Nike website would be top quality. Back in the day, these little defects would be one of the easy ways to tell if the shoe was a replica. If I had this shoe in front of me and someone was trying to sell it to me, there would be no way that I would think the shoe is authentic and that person ordered them directly from Nike.... Show more

Poor Quality - Shoes Not Even Symmetrical
I bought this pair directly from Nike.com the day it was released. However, upon receiving the shoes, I found that the pair is not even symmetrical...I mean, NOT EVEN CLOSE...(see attached pictures for details. As you can see, from the posterior angle, the shoes are grossly asymmetrical). Knowing that qualities of the Jordan's are no longer the same as in the old day, I had moderate expectations, but still expect decent quality from the supposedly premium line of Nike shoes. I can tolerate glue marks, some loose thread ends here and there (both of which this pair does have), etc., but to purchase a pair of $190 (pre-tax) shoes directly from Nike.com and receive a pair with such gross defects is simply unacceptable. Just to make it clear, I deliberately purchased ... MoreI bought this pair directly from Nike.com the day it was released. Just to make it clear, I deliberately purchased from Nike.com, hoping to have the peace of mind that I will receive a pair that has passed the quality control. However, DISAPPOINTMENT is what I received from Nike. I mean, if Nike still cares about quality control, they would not have shipped such a defective pair of shoes to customers. This wastes the customer's time, creates more frustration for Nike customers, costs Nike money and reputation, and will only lead to more bad reviews. Nike's got to step up with their quality control for their supposedly premium Jordan Retro Shoes.... Show more

Satisfaction, Quality, and Versatility
First I want to start by saying that the “Island Green” color really grabs your attention! The color give off a neon vibe which I like a lot especially when the light hits the shoe. Extremely versatile with any pants, shorts or joggers. I'm Very pleased with this pair. Quality is great, materials feel great and I love the look. This 13 is very true to the original 13 I remember back in the day. Most people compare most 13's to all the 2005 releases like the flint, wheat and grey toe, as I do love those, the quality of these actually feels better. The Hyper blue 13 was also a great pair. If you didn't get them, try and find a pair, they are worth it!... Show more

What reason do you need? 🤷🏻♂️
I love Nike. Always will and always have. I love there products. I’ve never been let down besides the (SNKRS) app but that’s a book in itself. Il continue to shop with Nike because there products are meticulously crafted to the standards of the greatest athletes in the world. And this shoes isn’t any different. If you need a review to buy from Nike. You shouldn’t be shopping with them in the first place. Good day mate.... Show more
