The Air Jordan 35 “DNA” is a performance basketball shoe that draws design inspiration from its Air Jordan heritage, specifically the beloved Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red - Black Tongue” colorway. Aesthetically pleasing, the Jordan 35 “DNA’s” red, white, and black color block is inspired by the team uniform colors of the Chicago Bulls, a source of inspiration for innumerable Jordan shoes. The white mesh detailing found along either side of the shoe appear below the black suede overlays and iridescent Jumpman logo panel. The collar, inner lining, and tongue are all inspired by the look of the “Fire Red - Black Tongue” Jordan 5. The black nylon product tag on the heel displays dual “Nike Air” and Jumpman insignia as a reference to Air Jordan heritage. The model’s black Eclipse Plate extends to the midsole. Underfoot, Jordan Brand places two Zoom Air units, one in the forefoot and one in the heel, for a responsive and cushioned ride. Release date: November 11, 2020.
