Released in 1991 as one of the OG Air Jordan 6 colorways, the Air Jordan 6 ‘Carmine’ quickly became a sneakerhead favorite as Jordan laced them up en route to his first NBA title. The ‘Carmine’ remained in Nike’s archives until 2008 when it was first retro'd as part of the 17/6 Collezione ‘Countdown’ Pack (alongside an Air Jordan 17 sneaker). It then returned again in 2014 for another retro on its own. The sneaker features an upper of white and red perforated nubuck leather.
