I have to be very honest, stock ex handle me very unprofessional. I emailed the help desk several times explain to them that I cannot see my purchase through my StockX account. No one never responded. I then got an email that my purchase will be after Christmas which that was not planned. Still haven’t heard anything from the Helpdesk going back on StockX logging on StockX my account it says that I have never purchased anything so now I’m getting nervous I did put in a review saying just what I’m telling you. No one has gotten with me. too tight

i always ordered a size 12 which i did for this same shoe but it seems to be small for me and very difficult to put on. i chatted the customer service to see if i can get a size 13 but he said its not available,i tried it out once and i dont know if i can be able to return it after that or not,but it was too tight.i love the shoe design but not its comfort,only if i got a size 13
