It was a very easy assemble.Very easy paint.Packaging was on point and was very strong and have a bit of amazing concorde history on the back of the box.Postage was very fast and speedy.Unfortunately doesn't come with a stand for it.

Where I grew up we were on Concorde's flight path leaving Heathrow for New York at just gone 10.00am with her sound and the visual of her beauty climbing in to the morning skies.My next desire on the wish list is the QE2. 🙏

I was really disappointed when I opened the box for this kit!Having also purchased the model of the BOAC Concorde in the same scale, I was disappointed to find that this, the "Last Flight" version comes minus windows and yet, the "Last Flight" version is a newer mould. The new mould gives a good, crisp version of Concorde. There is very little flash and on dry testing, parts go together pretty well.I haven't built this kit yet and I'm sure that it will produce a very good version of this aircraft. Unfortunately, I will have to use Kristal Klear to produce the 95 windows on this version.
I was not overly happy with this kit. First right from the start a peace was missing(latter replaced). I found some parts difficult to glue into place. (Distorted.)I do not as a rule use the paints that come with the kit. I thought I would give then a go, never again. They were thick and would not cover well, they were also lumpy.
The finished model looks very nice. It was pretty easy to put together. I ensured I weighted the front so it stood level.I wasn't keen on the translucent plastic as it made it look cheap. Painting is obviously recommended. Had problems with a couple of the decals again, but overall I like the finished model.
Nice kit easy for a beginner.but had no cockpit detail in it. If you don't mind that it's a nice kit.. I had to scratch build a bulkhead so that the weight in the nose could not be seen. Other than that it looks great. Not too bad airfix.
Lovely trip down memory lane with this iconic aircraft.Easy to assemble and makes a great looking example. The tooling is showing its age and does require cleaning up, but not too horrendous.But please Airfix do something about these dreadful paints and cement you include in these starter/gift sets, I'm sure it puts more people off becoming a scale modeller than it attracts.Other manufacturers have raised the bar with this type of product, maybe worth a look.
I bought a Vulcan earlier in the year and it looks daunting, It is many years since my last kit was made so I asked Father Christmas for a Concorde Gift set as practice for the Vulcan.The Concorde is half complete, but it is looking very promising. The kit is well made and the parts fit together very well. The Gift Set idea is an excellent means of regaining the skills.I suffer from Parkinson’s Disease and kit-building is excellent therapy for the hands and wrists.
2 halves of main body do not fit together! The paint does not stick to the plastic - taken 3 coats to do - needs more but not enough paint supplied! Bits falling off the frame before even cut off. Really disappointing for a teenager and his dad to do!
