This battery took 24 hours for it to fully charge I had a 3.5 amp charger for a 24 volt system. It nay last 15 minutes then I lost 2 of the green lights and I olaeled about 3/4 mile

By far the WORST company to deal with and their customer services department WON’T return calls! Excuse after excuse after excuse as to why it took almost three weeks for product that we paid $50 extra for 2nd day air! No phone calls, emails or any correspondence from this company! I called everyday for 5 days and didn’t receive a single call back! I feel sorry for the elderly/sick that actually NEED this company for products because I definitely wouldn’t want to deal with them ever again let alone on a regular basis! Highly recommend going with a different company if communication, efficiency, and just plain old good customer service is important to you! Im upset cause i have not recieved what i purchased. Im disabled, i put order in on sept 18, not delivered yet. When it said 5/6 business days. Im very upset with not getting my case.

I have only used the battery on one outing but it seems much better than the one that cam with the scooter. I gave it a four out of five stars only because it is so much heavier than the other.
I have only had one outing with my new battery and it performed well. I would have given it five stars but it is so much heavier than the one that came with the unit.
