I was quite excited about getting this thing as I was looking forward to the promised breathing rewards I would get by using it. In fact it returned nothing for my $99 investment. The quality is excellent but it does nothing for me. Being an ex smoker I was expecting it to really clear my airways as advertised I exercise a lot and ride a bicycle at least 20km 3 times a week. Im 67 so I figured I would give this thing a try. I saw it advertised for $99 along with another brand for $20. In hindsight the $20 one would have been a much better choice. Paying $20 for nothing is better than paying $99 for what is little more that a short conversation piece Dont be fooled. Go exercise and breath in the fresh air. It will do far more than this gimmick apparatus

I purchased the AirPhysio in order to improve my Peak Expiratory Flow Rate. After one week, it has improved from 280L/min to 320L/min. I'm hoping for ongoing improvement. I highly recommend this device as it's easy to use, and seems effective so far.

If used regularly several times a day, especially after meals, it may help with getting out the phlegm. The only problem is that the moisture accumulates in the device quickly. Therefore, it needs to be dried or cleaned after every use. As for the price, it is way too expensive though it is a quality stuff. It should not cost more that 20 dollars.
I have just opened the Airphysio today. Read the instructions and it says to wash it, which I did. I have a slight touch of bronchitis at the moment. So I did as instructed for about 5-10 minutes. Did not bring up any phlegm, but I wasn't expecting it to. Will see how it goes. It is well built and seems solid and good quality.

I also have emphysema, I have usually got a large buildup of phloem in my chest and throat, and suffer with awful catarrh which I find is impossible to shift. Until now. It is so simple to use, comfortable to hold and very easy to clean. I found it easy to take apart for cleaning, and it only goes back together one way so you cannot get it wrong. The reason I bought Air Physio over other models was because of its good reviews, there were others that appear to be on a level footing, but they don't look as nicely designed, I like the colour, and I cannot fault the quality, it just feels solid to hold. The only thing I would warn others about is when you take it apart the large ball bearing can easily drop out, so make sure you aren't near any drains, or somewhere where it could be lost. All in all I am extremely pleased with my purchase, I was hopeful but sceptical and now I am feeling the benefits at such an early stage, I am over the moon.
I'm still in early stages of using this. I was worried about some of the negative reviews but wanted to try it anyways to see if it helped my situation in particular. I've been stuffy and congested for as long as I can remember in my adult life. Especially during winter and using this has helped clear some of the build up. My only negative is it hurts a bit when I try to use it for a full 5 minutes and I only do once a day at the moment. I've done a few sessions over the few weeks I have had it and am able to do longer and with more ease with each use. I think it has been helping as I do feel my breathing capacity has actually gotten better. I look forward to seeing how it is in the long term.

I barely even used it as u do have to get used to holding it properly and at first gets u dizzy but I was shocked when I started feeling my flem was more looser in my chest and I started colouring it up. I am going to use it way more and so happy it's not a scam..money worth spent. Thanking u creators!!
