I knew the product I wanted. Your site had a good price and free delivery. It was also delivered very quickly. It arrived in protective packaging and has its own carry case. It was easy to set up and to use.

The machine did not work with my original mask - Dreamweaver (cloth). Once the air pressure ramped up, it would start whistling loudly. I had to switch masks. Now I have a Swift Fx made by ResMed as well. The whistling stopped, but the air intake noise is still bothersome. I remedied this by placing the machine inside my open bedside drawer. The noise is no longer an issue. Other than those two challenges, the machine has worked like a charm. It ramps up when I need it to and remains on a low level when I don't. No Exchange for me; I love this model. Very quiet, easy to travel with and its just perfect. i wish i had two, one for home and one for travel. I have never been disappointed in this CPAP machine prescribed by my provider.

This is my third CPAP machine, and it is head and shoulders above the others I used. However, it is not perfect. Frequently-used settings are way, way down the menu and you have to click through a lot of irrelevant stuff to get to them. Why is no one talking about the noisy selector button? You have to click through six menu items to reach the preheat selector, and that is six VERY LOUD clicks. If my spouse has already gone to bed, I have to skip the preheat so as to not wake him. The other thing that I dislike is that the machine defaults to send data to Resmed and keeps resetting itself to do so. I don't appreciate having my personal, private data sent anywhere without my knowledge & permission. In fact, it seems like a HIPAA violation.
The AirSense 10 is worth every penny! The less expensive units I have been using don't hold a candle to this one.
CPAP damaged on airplane and to repair was $595.00. Found web site took a chance, faxed prescription Friday afternoon from Ala and received CPAP the following Monday afternoon. Brand-new in caring case for $599. Will be glad to tell my family & friends.

Great product. arrived very quickly in perfect condition. Air delivery could be described as "soft" meaning it's very comfortable feeling while still getting you the pressure you require. The built-in modem allows you to check on your progress within an hour or so after waking on my air.resmed.com. You can see if you used your product enough hours, if your make had a good seal, how many event you had during the night, etc. So helpful.
So much quieter than my previous machine. I also love the slimline hose.
