I love this mask, the memory foam prevents those mask lines on my face. I wash it once a week and use wipes daily. I recommend using a clean towel and gently squeeze the foam after washing to remove excess water, otherwise it is still fairly wet at bedtime even though it was washed in the morning. Very comfortable mask to wear, it is my preferred mask now.

I ordered completely new parts since others were over 6 months old. Splurged and got the memory foam mask so I wouldn't have the marks on my face in the morning. Woke up and the entire right side of nose by the cheek was tender and very sore to the touch - also had a spot on the left side that was tender and sore. Cleaned my face and the mask, wore it one more night much looser (didn't get a great seal) and woke up the second morning and thought I would need to go to the walk-in clinic to have the areas lanced. Haven't worn it since and 3 days later, I still have painful, red area on right side of my nose. Obviously, I can't return it because it's medical equipment that I've now used. Very disappointed. Will not purchase from this company again.

This mask has been perfect for me. I struggled with dry eyes from the vent blowing directly into my eyes. I’ve tried the mask where the tubing goes on top of the head but ended up with irritation and a constant sore spot on the bridge of my nose. This one has been the solution to both those issues. It’s a dream! Literally!

I couldn’t get the mask to fit my nose. Maybe I need a different size nose mount, don’t know if Resmed will allow me to purchase just the nose contraption. Oh well. The head harness fits my head perfectly. Don’t want to change that. What to do. Any suggestions?
I had so much hope in trying this product and yet became disappointed once again. These are just not meant to handle high pressures. My air pressure is set between 15 and 18 cmH2O. Yes I have severe apnea. I just went back to using nasal pillows. Oh well.
After trying the nasal pillows and two different full face masks, I finally gave this one a try and it is my new favorite. It sits on my nose well, and since it doesn’t cover my mouth it feels less constricting and is easier to get used to.I have to wear it with a mouthguard and chinstrap to keep my mouth from blowing open due to the pressure, but it is worth it and fairly easy to get used to.
This mask is super comfortable and doesn’t leak. I was using pillows, but they made my nostrils sore and red. It was so bad I was taking my mask off in the middle of the night to get relief. After a few weeks on this mask I’m all healed. Sleeping with this mask on through the night. No trouble at all. Sleeplay was quick and easy - great buying experience.
I like your products. This system doesn't work for me. I tried it for a few nights and end up with severe dry mouth and throat. I normally use the full face mask with mouth tape with minimal dryness. I will continue with the full face system.
I tried for a few weeks to figure out a perfect balance with this mask. It is super comfortable and didn't leak unlike other masks I've tried. But no matter what I tried, it would wake me up in the middle of the night with my nose submerged in water. I tried putting less water in my tank, more water, no water, less humidity, more humidity, no humidity, less air pressure and more... even bought a hose sock since the internet said that might fix it... nothing changed it. Again it's really comfortable, I just don't know why it would try to drown me.
I got this mask to replace the p20 nasal pillows and found it to be very comfortable. I did encounter more issues with rainout with this mask, so I ended up getting a cover that could extend all the way up to the mask (not just over the main tube) which helped some. After a few nights the clips that hold the cushion into the headgear loosened up and the cushion was able to move a little more. Every time it moved it would cause a squeaking noise that was keeping me awake. I ended up cutting a piece of fleece and inserting it between the headgear and cushion which eliminated the movement and squeak and also helped to insulate the cushion from my cold bedroom, reducing moisture buildup in the cushion.
