I normally purchase trainers from Cruise however due to parking restrictions I was advised of Flannels store. After reading shocking reviews online about trainers arriving used and marked I decided to go to store to look before purchasing. I couldn’t believe they had trainers on display that had used soles, dirty laces and score marks on the leather all at full cost. I purchased the last pair in my size and colour and had to clean one upper sole luckily it was surface dirt only. Do not purchase anything without seeing what you are paying for I still can’t believe how dirty the store and the stock was in The Forte Glasgow the McQueens I had on walking in had less damage to the soles than one pair on display!

On behalf of my wife I will post this as apparently it won’t let you post more than 1 review…. I purchased these on 3rd of June (see review on 13th) didn’t wear them until I went to airport right shoe squeaked EXTREMELY loudly through airport at 6.30am and the tongue of the right shoe cut into bottom of leg causing it to bleed and scab for 24 days? I did not expect to buy trainers I’ve always worn to find them so uncomfortable I haven’t been able to wear them since. Will be back to return them when I’m able… worn once if I could upload a video of the noise from this shoe in the airport I would, totally embarrassing when people with young children were commenting on the noise off of my trainer and it was echoing through the terminal. If store can advise me how to add ... MoreOn behalf of my wife I will post this as apparently it won’t let you post more than 1 review…. I bought these shoes a few months ago and they were my first pair of designer shoes. I've worn them a handful of times and I really like them. Something I would say about them is the back of the bottom of the shoe tends to wear off slightly when wearing them and I have a crease by the lace holes. Apart from that I do really enjoy wearing them, they are moderately comfortable and easy to wear with anything also I found myself sizing down to fit into them. The price of the shoe was reasonable when I bought them before the price raise. I would now say I wouldn't have paid the new price as even though the quality of the shoe is really good, they are not perfect and wouldn't be worth that price point.

I have been looking for a pair of white sneakers and when I saw these for the first time it was love at first sight. I ordered this shoe a couple of days ago and it was delivered today! for size reference, I wear a size 11 Vans but for this shoe, a size 10 fits perfectly. The shoe is very firm and does not bend so you will have to break them in. The tongue of the shoe will rub against your ankles depending on the size of your ankles. I have relatively thin ankles so it does not bother me too much!
Bought them online due to stores not having the stock. Was a little worried as there is some bad reviews regarding to the state of items being received. But mine come next day and I love them! Got them at a bargain price also very happy with my purchase. They are a little uncomfortable but they are full leather so need breaking in. (Do your research before leaving a bad review)
I’ve had my eye on these sneakers for a looooong time. When I saw them on discount at Flannels I’ve never hit the ‘add to bag’ button so fast! I got mine for £299. I’d already read a gazillion reviews - most people were advising to size down. I wear a UK 5 so decided to go with a 4.5 and they fit like a dream. They arrived the next day wrapped in a Flannels tote bag to protect the McQueens packaging. Everything was in order, including a spare pair of lilac laces to match. I’m currently breaking them in around the house, wearing a pair of thick socks because the tongue is quite stiff leather and I read it can dig in to your ankle. Hopefully they’ll be as comfortable as my Gucci Ace sneakers, which are a dreamboat pair of kicks! This was my first order with Flannels ... MoreI’ve had my eye on these sneakers for a looooong time. I bought these as a birthday present for myself and they feel horrible. I wanted to stop wearing uncomfortable heels so went into the flannels store and tried on the 6 and half as advised on the Web as I'm a size 7, they felt good so bought them online. Wore them for an outing and they hurt the whole time I had to go buy something cheap just so I can walk to the car. It ruined my birthday and I don't know what to do with them now as they've defeated the reason I got them for comfort. They're too expensive for me to feel this much pain. I can't return them as I've worn them and I can't wear them as I now hate them.
I received the trainers 13 days ago with stains on the laces, a dirty box and pen all over the box not to mention signs of wear on the actual trainers themselves (£340 trainers). Not what you would expect from a big company like yourselves. I’ve been trying to get this sorted for a fortnight and wait days at a time for a reply. Only thing I can say is I’m genuinely disappointed with the whole experience. Won’t be ordering from yous again.
I bought these when they were on a mini sale. Love the look of them, you can practically wear them with anything. The fit was pretty snug at first but they seemed to loosen up after a days wear. They also ended up getting scratched, which I’m not sure how because I was pretty careful with them so I’m not sure if they just scratch easily. Lastly I was quite disappointed that they didn’t come with a dust bag, that’s the least I’d expect when buying luxury trainers such as these.
