The quality of the wood is terrible and I think someone threw paint from a distance because the paintwork is sparse and uneven.Have had to paint the furniture as I’m sure the first rain that hits it will wash the little bit of paint off!So disappointed with the comfort, appearance and quality

Disappointed in this product. The wood is substandard (looks like it is pallet Wood) with chips and scratches. And there was barely any paint on it. I had to add two coats of white paint. I think it still needs another coat. Way over priced for what you receive. Would not recommend this product. Actually thinking of asking for a refund. Not very happy at all. They should be embarrassed to sell this product.

This setting is made from very light timber and you need to paint it if you want to keep it in good condition. I am currently painting mine to ensure it is well protected. If you were to leave this outside in an unprotected area it would not last too long. Overall it is a pretty little set and the chairs are comfortable.

This product was not at the level that I was expecting. I have sent something back to you guys, together with supporting prints of the issue. I am waiting to hear back from you as to what you are going to do to make me satisfied. I have already sent you many photos of this product.Looking forward to hearing back from you.
These are basic pine with a splash of paint to make them look shabby chic. The smell was very strong. I have had to paint them to be able to use them.
Nice looking and easy to put together. The small table that comes with it is very useful. The painting of the product seems to be just a whitewash and is very rough, it will need to be sanded and repainted.
the photos really tell the story, I purchased on the basis of the displayed features and quality. however the quality was not delivered in the finish of the quality of the timber used. The “paint” was so thin it was almost transparent, so I cannot see that this product was really designed for outdoors. The price on special offer was certainly attractive, but I would have been extremely frustrated if I had paid full price. I was offered a discount which at least would cover the cost of some quality outdoor paint, but I do not expect this to be an item that will last.Well the photos won’t tell the story, because the site will not allow any other photos,needless to say the furniture did not match the offer. so Caveat Emptor!
