I think it needs to be designed to accommodate the 180kg weight it says it can hold. It doesn't accommodate the actual size of a 180kg person. I'm on the larger side, not 180kg, and it hurts my thighs so I can imagine the struggle for an actual 180kg person.

I bought this for University purposes as I needed to sit down for a long time. It’s very comfortable and cute (got the pink one) and looks exactly like the picture. The customer service was super nice and friendly. Always willing to help and replied to me. Just saying if you only want to buy the chair cause if the footrest, I suggest not cause it’s not as strong. But I don’t really use it anyway, so it’s fine with me. Other thank that, this chair is pretty cute, comfortable and value for my money. Also easy to clean by wiping the chair down.

We bought this chair for our son and he loves it. He loves how it reclines, has a footrest and the lumbar massager. He said that he could fall asleep in it because it is that comfortable. Was easy and quick to put together.
Chair was easy enough to put together. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wheels are very cheap, making it hard to roll the chair back and forth. The chair is comfortable and it would be better if the arms could be adjusted. Overall, happy with the purchase and the colours look great!
A very nice looking comfortable chair , takes about 15 minutes to assemble.Up , down and lateral movement controlled by two levers is very harsh and rigid.One of the plastic handle on levers snapped on first application. However still functional. All in all I have found the chair quite comfortable and with the lumbar supports very relaxing.
Looks great and feels great when in use, but lacks the instructions for assebly and is a little confusing to figure out at first. 2 of the wheels split down the middle in the first week of use and quickly lost the feeling of freedom as now ive had to remove all the wheels to eliminate the drag and tilt effect of the broken wheels. Would only recommend if you are intend to use it without the wheels :(. The massage type of pillow is also obnoxiously loud.
Great chair in terms of size and cushion comfort but there is just something with the chair positional settings (incline) that I cant seem to get too comfortable with, thats the rwason for one less star. Also, the massager is nothing to write home about, plus the wires too short
Better quality than expected for this price, a nice surprise. The upholstery and cushioning are better than most at this level. The arm rests don’t lower, so this may prevent the chair from getting in close under some desks.
