The chair is very stiff and the seat is very hard. The whole chair tilts slightly forward.

Nothing like I imagined and it barely vibrated instead of massaging !

Very comfortable. My 11 year old son loves it as his "gaming chair". All the gaming chairs were way too big for him and wouldn't fit under his desk. This is perfect.

The seat padding isn't as thick as it looks in the picture.

Cheaply made, uncomfortable

bought this chair from another store thinking it would be a quality product, but the parts were very loose, the quality of them was disappointing. a month after my purchase this chair has been creaking, is rigid, does not offer good back support and is struggling to keep itself together. it constantly pushes you to sit in strange angles. I do not recommend this as an office chair or pc chair, you can get better quality from other brands for this price

The backrest of the chair is fixed and does not move, which makes it very uncomfortable to sit for a long time. I didn't see a note when I purchased that the backrest was not movable, and I never would have bought it if it had been stated that it was not movable. Disappointed.
